Straight From the Heart - July 2, 2008

Dear Ground Crew:

Have I got some things to tell you today! In the past month there has been a big energy shift. It began on the Solstice on June 20 and continues. It has been an amazing time.

In Northern California we have had about 1,500 wildfires burning for almost two weeks. Lightening caused most. Our air has been polluted so that we were advised to stay inside and keep our windows closed. Resources are strained leading to the need for firefighters from at least 15 other states. People are wondering what is going on because we have never had anything like this. It is a wake up call.

I checked the Mayan Calendar, the Tzolkin, which started on June 24 and ends in 13 days. Every 13 days there is a new Trecena and the energy for this period is the Storm (Cauac) energy. It has to do with “storm, rain, purification, lightening, activations, dynamic force, healing nourishment, compassion, gathering energies within. Tempestuous energies, emotional energies, the storm gathers within. Separate thinking and emotions form awareness. Watch the storm wash away the ego, allowing room for the new consciousness.” As Ian Xel Lungold referred to Cauac as the ‘Day of blessing of rain, giver of all life and lightening, a gift of nitrogen to Mother Earth and ozone to Father Sky. Storm can also be seen as a dynamic energy of change and karmic resolution. So, although this day sign can appear to be a troublesome sign with many challenges, it is also a good sign for experience life’s lessons and seeing those lessons as blessings.’

With our increased empathy rates, the energies have been uncomfortable. For most Lightworkers our Creator has upped our empathy rates to about double what they used to be and the rest of humanity is feeling far less than we are feeling. Many of us have had trouble sleeping. One of my friends says she finds herself sitting up in bed at 2:00AM. Wild, isn’t it?

I don’t know about you but many of my clients and I have felt that the dark forces were attacking us. We have had thoughts that were knew were not ours. We have felt negative energies like anger and impatience. We have had some fearful dreams like someone trying to steal from us. Strange feelings were inside of us that we could not put a source to other than something from the outside. One of the ways the dark forces attack the Light is by sending out negative psychic thoughts through HAARP. I am not going to go into this but suffice to say we can be most vulnerable to these thoughts when we are in a half awakened half asleep state. I have noticed them when I feel tired at the end of the day. The dark forces are simply afraid and are trying to do whatever they can to find a stronghold but we know this will not work. Meditation and prayer are good antidotes to these attacks. Simply be aware that these thoughts are not yours. You can also ask if the feelings that you are experiencing belong to you or someone else.

Almost daily my friends and I are finding out shocking things about others that we know. This can occur when you discover that someone you thought was trustworthy was not. One friend found out that her business partner embezzled money from her. The person appeared to be aligned but was not. The inner guidance is so clear right now that the truth is coming out everywhere. Peoples’ hidden agendas come out into the open. In the higher dimensions all is known and these new energies support that only truth will prevail.

Have you noticed that words sometimes come out from your mouth and you cannot stop them? This is truth again. It can be grueling at times to process the inner guidance only to discover that you have to revise your relationship with someone that you thought you could be with? This could be a spouse, friend, business relationship, family member, etc.

I have more clarity than I have ever had right now. I can see through manipulation and control issue with others. I can feel past life karma in my soul. It is intense and sometimes changes relationships.

It feels so free once you clean things up. What I have experienced is that once I stand in my truth I feel relieved, like I can move on in my life. It feels clean and like a blessing. One of my clients is a graduate student. She wrote a paper and did not put quotes from some things she took from some Internet articles. She is a perfectionist and felt like the worst person on the world for what she did when her professor confronted her about it. Then she traced this wounding back to her teens and found a profound healing.

Another thing that is happening is that our issues are coming up for healing. If you are not in integrity with your self or someone else, just wait, it will surface. You may feel it physically by being uncomfortable in the body or the emotions. We must listen even though we don’t like what we feel. We may have tried to please others in the past at our own expense but now we must stand in the truth and the Light of what is the best for us. When we are in our truth it is the highest good for everyone.

Some of us have may have had a tendency to hang onto hurts from the past. Whether they are big or small, whether you are identified with these hurts or not, it is about time to let them go.

As we continue to rock’n roll with these changing times we must remain assured that these enlightening experiences are part of our ascension process. As we learn from each occurrence we become empowered and wiser. Perhaps those who could have tricked us in the past will no longer be able to do so in the future. Discernment is of the utmost importance now.

Our process is one of letting go. We need to be willing and able to let go of one thing after another. If someone wrongs you, says something to hurt you, let it go. If you feed it you continue to identify with the pain body (Eckhart Tolle discusses this beautifully in his book “The New Earth.”) We need to be aware of our egos, which keep us in separation. The ego means, “edging God out” as some say. Can you see your own ego more clearly?

The winds of change are upon us. I understand these winds are affecting the entire planet. They are helping to clear energies and shift consciousnsess. The storm energies are assisting us. The planets and our Creator are showing in greater ways how this divine plan is working. People are coming together and this is part of the plan.

“Little by little we subtract, faith and fallacy from fact, the illusory from true and starve upon the residue.” This is a poem I memorized in college and it seems appropriate now.

Today, July 2, 2008, is the anniversary of Roswell, New Mexico when on this date in 1947 ships landed. Of course, the story got all distorted. Most of you probably know about it. Recently rumor has it there was a landing of 28 ships on this solstice in a little town in Montana (Kalispell). Apparently, our powers that be did not want us to know about it.

Have any of you had the honor of being around some of the little babies and children lately? They are amazing! I had clients who recently brought their little two year old to see me. She is a Crystal child. She and her mother have been communicating telepathically since the day she was born. The Crystal children are a blend of the Indigos and the Goldens. The Indigos are intellectual and geniuses in their field—the system busters for the educational system and planet. The Goldens are the empaths—they feel everything. The Crystal children are aware on many different levels and all three types of these children are wired differently.

Being with animals, plants, nature and children is a wonderful way to remain in the present moment and to move through these challenging energies. Laughing and being silly is excellent. Playing helps. The other day some friends and I went to a local fair. One friend was reading the names of the pigs in the stall and when she read “Sparky” this pig that was obviously Sparky started snorting at us. We got the biggest laugh out of this as we communicated with this intelligent and fun animal.

A Message from Mira From the Pleiadian High Council Channeled Through Valerie Donner July 2, 2008

Greetings, I am Mira.

I reach out to you. We know that you are going through some challenging times. We are very near you, on the Earth and in your skies. We are helping to hold your Earth steady as she breaths and releases. She is letting go and moving out the creases. We are of one mind and one intention. That is why we are available to get you through the ascension. We are from the Pleiadian High Council. We hold you in our hearts. As I said we are close and you are close to us.

Time as you know it is short. It is ceasing to exist. This makes matters on the Earth even more intense. Energies are moving quickly off the Earth and from you. We see you challenged at remaining in your bodies. Some of you would like to fly off with us. This will happen soon enough. Some of you are tightening your belts, not because of increased weight although that could contribute, but financially you are being impacted by the biggest influx of avarice and greed ever created on the Earth. We would love to bring you the technology that would free you from the current energy systems that you use and keep you tied into this negative energy. It will happen soon enough. We are working with certain people technically so that you will have new and free means of travel and using energy.

It is a complicated process in which you now find yourselves. Since most of humanity is still asleep you are the wakened ones and much will be demanded of you. Are you ready? As more earth changes occur and other troubles brew, you will be called into service. We can guide you and assist but we cannot make ourselves physically known quite yet. You know we are with you and we are.

Some of the things that you will be doing are: helping to make order, to line things up, help people remain stable emotionally, teach them about what is happening, bring them current according to what you know, connect them with others who will be able to help, work with animals, teaching people how to be in community, to live off the land, to communicate with others through new means, helping them to heal, find new foods, show people how to help others, get them up to speed with new technology and show them how to learn from us when we arrive. They will learn about energy from you and how new systems can help them. You will teach them how to trust themselves and you will show them about love, unconditional love.

This all sounds like something that humanity needs right now and it does. They have been fed lies for so long that if we tried to teach them these things they would not believe it. Soon they will be faced with situations that many are already finding themselves in where they will be looking for answers. They will need help and they will begin to open up to new ways of living their lives. This will become a necessity because the old way of being and living on the Earth is falling apart on all levels. There is a leveling out and that is necessary for all to survive and live on the beautiful New Earth.

Please understand that we are working on this together. We hear your prayers and feel what is in your hearts. We know that you love us and can’t wait to get along with your important work. We are doing our part and so are you. Soon it will become much more.

As part of our roles in the High Council we are called upon to keep things in balance. We will be working with many types of councils in the future to assist the Earth in a new way of governance. You have some enlightened leaders moving into your future. Do not worry about a thing because the plan that is in place is a good one.

We assure you that the Earth is in a good place. She is moving foreword with her soul’s plan. She is feeling better as the cleansing continues and is happy that she is receiving so much assistance from all realms. She is a loving and gracious being. She is sorry when some of her children have to leave her abode but is grateful to be progressing in her rise. She is moving forward rapidly because she needs to do this in order to survive. The harm that has been done to her is in need of reversal but it is not humanity’s entire fault. There is a natural cleansing and clearing process that she goes through on a cyclical basis.

We give you the gift of our focused attention and love. We surround you with assistance. We maintain our support and stand for your continual renewal and ascension.

Water Wands

Starting July 1, the price of the Water Wands is now $80 plus $5 for shipping in the U.S. and Canada and $88 for international shipping. The manufacturer had the price of plastic go up almost three times the previous price. I was absorbing the other shipping cost in the U.S. but this is no longer viable for me financially.

For those of you who have already purchased the Water Wands, I hope that you are continuing to use them. The other day I was at a friend’s house and she showed me her Water Wand in her drawer. I asked her how it was helping her and she said she thought it was but I could see that if it was in her drawer she probably was not using it much. If you use the Wand, you are hydrating the cells of your body, therefore reducing the need to go to the bathroom, use water for flushing, toilet paper and time in the bathroom. Teleconference Class

I had my first Teleconference Class on June 23. It was called “Moving into the Light.” The students thought it was “Fantastic!” and want me to do another one. Now that I have figured out how to do this, I am planning another Teleconference Class on Monday, July 28 from 7:00PM Pacific Daylight Savings time to 8:30PM. The people in this class were happy to receive the information and participate in this class. We talked about the current energies. I gave them tools and meditations they can use to maximize the energies and to protect and manifest. I did a guided meditation and I also channeled individual messages from various Masters for each one. This next class will be called “ Moving into the Light” again. I will add information about ascension and other information that seems pertinent to this class. If any of you are interested in getting a copy of the first class it was recorded. In Conclusion

We are moving faster than the speed of Light into the higher dimensions. Information is coming to us at breakneck speed. We are facing our issues and those of others. Everything is working for our highest good to be in the truth and the Light. We are being forced to align our energies in all relationships. Balance is required to maintain a steady course for ascension.

Assistance from our space brothers and sisters, as well as from the Light Realms and our Creator is fantastic. Let the excitement for the upliftment of all of life and for our beloved Mother Earth abound.

Straight From The Heart - June 5, 2008

Dear Ground Crew:

How are you doing during these wild and chaotic times? Since my last update the earth changes have accelerated with the cyclone in Myanmar and the 8.0 three minute-long earthquake in China. Millions of people continue to be affected and are in need of housing and many basic necessities. I watched a video of Schewan Province where circular rainbow clouds appeared above the area one hour before the quake. Ten minutes before the quake there were brilliant rainbow colored sundogs (another cloud shape with powerful energies). Could these have something to do with ships? They were working with energies there for certain. It was also reported that there was a big influx of frogs in the province before the earthquake so the animal kingdom were trying to warn the people. The animals are connected to the Earth and they pay attention. Various people in the U.S. have observed that the birds are quickly emptying their birdfeeders. Could they be telling us something? Are they mirroring our fears of survival? Why have the salmon left their normal waters here in Northern California? Did you know that the beehives have plummeted by one million here in the U.S.?

With these major events and signs we find our lives effected in many different ways. According to Archangel Gabriel (Benu through channel Karen Cook, www.benutoo.com) we are only 19 percent complete with the earth changes so we still have a long way to go with Mother Earth’s cleansing. Have you noticed that more people are starting to wake up? They are also dealing with intense changes in their lives.

This is all the more reason to be in the present moment. We need to deal with our issues, fears, concerns, and unfinished business. I find it important to play and find joy as much as possible. It is necessary to rest, meditate and laugh.

The veils are beginning to lift. The blessings are unfolding. Our hearts are opening and we are sending help and relief even if it is just our prayers wherever it is needed. Our gifts and abilities are opening. It is possible to be in higher states of consciousness and even in bliss as the old energies leave and the new arrive.

Speaking of new arrivals, a friend sent me the following information from her friend on June 2, 2008, that was channeled by a man named Jeshua Ben Ekara, from Holland. He channeled Solarya, and she said that she doesn’t pass on information unless it really it rings true. It felt right to me too so here it is:

She said that within the last few days in Asia (China) the first true child of the New World was born. She is a new breed coming from the Great Central Sun and these children will be called Children of the Sun. They were the children of Lemuria who left and never incarnated again on the earth and went directly back to the Great Central Sun to wait for this moment in time to come back, They come in without the veil in any way shape, or form and their brain is neutral. They can’t create thought patterns like us. They have difficulty communicating like us, because they don’t need the voice to speak. They have Unity consciousness in their cells so there is no separation between them and us. So she said, the remarkable thing is that being 5th dimensional beings (so to speak), are connected to every human being, just like an ascended master but in human form.

Therefore when this baby is fed she feeds the whole world. If she connects to one flower she connects to all. It’s like the Pleiadians always said, “All things in the Cosmos are right here on Earth.” So these children can transmute all life and even death. This new baby doesn’t sleep or cry and Solarya says she only breathes so her mother doesn’t freak out, and her mother knows she is a Golden One. Every 2 to 3 hours, another one is being born on this planet. In 1-2 weeks the first one will be born in United States. And as they connect with all mankind we will be given the ability to also do as they do.

I know this sounds strange, but those of us holding the vision of a world with no hunger, no pain, no suffering didn’t know how it would come about, but this makes sense. So the next time you eat visualize what it would be like if your bite of food would also be feeding all those who have none. Connect with these New Children in your meditations or prayers. I knew the answers for our new reality would come from the children but I had no idea how beautifully it would manifest, THIS is what we have been waiting for. I will give you more info as I find out.

On June 4, 2008 it was announced that Barack Obama is the Democratic presidential candidate here in the U.S. This is a first in this country when an African American will run for president. Obama’s message feels like a new energy here especially when compared with the Mc Cain energy. You can feel it if you read into their energy.

As I continued my voracious consumption of information this month, I attended a meeting with a Native American chief, Chief Black Horse. He is of the Lakota lineage with Cherokee heritage. He said that this is the time the ancestors have been talking about for a long time. He said that 2012 is now and that we need to be about our “original medicine.” By this term he means we need to be doing our life purpose, what we came here to do. We need to be living from the heart. We need to be close to the Earth and to respect the Earth. We need to see the animals as our teachers. We need to start coming together in communities to help each other. We need to learn to make fire and to live off the land. We need to listen to the ancestors.

Chief Black Horse was powerful. His words and energy were healing and motivating. They touched my heart. The only thing I know about making fire is perhaps rubbing two sticks together or two rocks together to create a spark. I don’t that that will get me very far. Maybe if I used a magnifying glass on a sunny day that would work. I am going to find out a better means to create fire. I am calling forth my greater knowledge for survival and living closer to the Earth. What are you doing?

Even more information came to me when I went to a friend’s house to watch the movie “2012 The Odyssey” by Sacred Mysteries Productions. I recommend watching this movie. Greg Bradden talked about “Burning the bridges to the past through empowerment.” John Major Jenkins discussed the Mayan Calendar and the wobble of the Earth every 26,000years. He said that we are in the process of a galactic alignment on Dec. 21, 2012 and that every person is aware of it inside. Our magnetic fields fall; there will be greater solar influence and a shift of magnetic fields and transformation of consciousness. There is an alchemical process going on where we are going from the Iron Age of materialism to the Golden Age of higher consciousness in December 2012. This reminded me of what Eckart Tolle is teaching about letting go of the ego. It is all about this inner evolution and not the external evolutionary focus.

The movie pointed out how we are working on dissolving attachments. We need to remember that things are not going to be the way they were. The time will come when we will have a massive kundalini rising experience where we will be in ecstasy and will be the end of the ego.

There were some Inca people in the film who were traveling around telling people of their 2012 prophecies. They are giving transmissions to help us align. The word “homoluminous” was used to describe what we are becoming. They said the reason we are surrounded with so many possessions is because we are not connected to each other. At this time it is important that we learn to love each other.

We need to learn to love each other as Christ taught us. He wants us to love the children of the Earth as he loved the children of the Earth. This is what he told me when I channeled him not too long ago.

We have had strange weather patterns here in the San Francisco bay area. It has been a cool spring with lots of cloudy days. One day when I was looking around at all of the beautiful flowers, the blue sky and feeling the weather, I had a feeling that this was what it felt like to be in Lemuria. It seemed familiar. For many of us we have forgotten our Lemurian ancestry since it was such a lovely civilization and far more spiritual than Atlantis. The first time I remembered it was during a channeling on Mt. Shasta with my friend Louise Jones, author of the three books on Telos (Available on the Marketplace on this website), the city left over from Lemuria that is located underneath Mt. Shasta. My heart opened up and I started to cry when she channeled Adama, the high priest of Telos. The Lemurians have been holding the energy for the Christing of the planet ever since Lemuria fell.

We have an abundance of assistance from our Creator, all of creation, the inner Earth and the outer Earth. We have amassed the most gifted bearers of Light—YOU—to assist the Earth and all of life at this time with her ascension. Please understand, ground crew, that in the days to come you will be called upon to bring peace and to be the peace amidst rampant changes. From all indications we are in for something big this year and that means we need to be ready to take our places and do our work. There is no longer any time to wait. It is here.

A Message From Mira From the Pleiadian High Council Through Valerie Donner On June 5, 2008

Greetings:

I am Mira. In the rise and fall of things the tide is turning on the Earth. Your planet is experiencing a huge shift that everyone living on the Earth is aware of at some level. We guarantee you that this shift will become increasingly obvious. The ramifications of past unbalanced energies upon the planet will be felt immediately. Watch your thoughts. See how quickly they manifest.

We want you to know that you are protected. We are in the wake of the turning tide and observe the changes and awakenings. The recent events are shaking the planet’s axis and each living beings internal axis. This makes for the possibility for major upsets as many individuals try to regain a life they used to have and try to find their own internal balance. They are beginning to see that they are living in a whole new arena on the Earth. The mortal ways of life on the Earth are showing signs of no longer being. The dimensional shifts are happening so quickly that in a blink of your eye your life can shift. It may not appear as a cozy feeling to many. They may have a tendency to scamper a bit but you must remain steady on your feet.

If you find yourself doing a quick dance back into the past it could feel slippery. You won’t have the same structure anywhere in your life to hold onto. You must let go and stand in the truth and the light of your own presence knowing that you are being assisted on every level to follow a secure and certain path. Know that on every level your own personal power and personal energy are becoming so powerful that at some point the need to depend on third dimensional means for power and energy will not be necessary. Details will be coming later but we assume that you get the gist of what we are trying to tell you.

Little by little, and sometimes bigger by bigger, the erosion of a false third dimensional world will find its way into a new reality. This reality is building and is bringing some enlightening experiences. New realities and awareness are opening in the human brain that is metamorphosing as we speak. You will find this increased functioning capacity in the brain to solve many of your problems as they are placed in front of you. The brain is realizing its connection with the Oneness of all so that your diminished sense of your self and your power is shifting.

We ask that you remember the insight that we provide for you as you let go of the third dimensional stronghold. The biggest hold that it has on you is for survival and the fears that surround that issue. You will begin to realize that trust in the Oneness that is opening to the human consciousness, even if it is not fully acknowledged, is the ticket to the ride. It is becoming an exciting ride with the need for faith and assistance at every level possible.

Your space brothers and sisters join with you in creating a new reality. Your thoughts are shifting monumentally and your galactic allies and friends support you in the creation. We hold the energy and the “space” for this to occur. We know your needs and we won’t let you down.

A purposeful life is one that is on track with something higher than the third dimensional needs and physicality. It is one of service and this is the only way that one can find purpose and fulfillment. We stand in support of each of you discovering a more purposeful life. If this is your intention we assure you that you will find ample opportunity to express this purpose. The heart openings that are a part of the Earth changes will be enough to shatter your world. You will look at the purpose of life far differently from in the past. A happy heart is one that will know it has been tending to its flock. You will need to tend to those whose help is needed. You will share what you have in love and comfort. The days of competition and greed are coming to an end.

There is a great cosmic Light that is shining upon you. It is brightening with each new day. It is filling the cells of the body with love and healing that can be enhanced if you allow your selves some sunlight. This will be of assistance in the assimilation of the energies. The Earth’s heart is vibrating at an all time high. She is receiving the energies from the Creator and becomes super charged with each breath so that she can continue to give birth to the new. With each breath there is a sigh of relief that permits her expansion and clearing. Breathing in and out, the Earth is progressing with her ascension.

Because your lives are accelerated you will find that your old reality of time falls short of your expectations. Try to get something done in the same amount of time in linear terms as you used to even a year ago is almost unattainable. Have you noticed? We see you stressed and scrambling around to accomplish your daily tasks. It makes it challenging to get the best of your tasks done. We would like to suggest to you that you try getting the best of 3D instead of letting 3D get the best of you. This might be a prescription for success during these awkward times.

We have worked with many ascending planets. It is part of our role. We want you to know this is a textbook case for the most complex and challenging of all ascensions that we have seen. The good news is that David Schneider, the manufacturer of the Water Wands, postponed the Water Wand price increase from $65 that was going go up this month to $80, until July 1, 2008. Sometimes it is easier to begin a process by not having any expectations, wherein lies the key. If you desire to access ancient records, it is best to believe that this knowledge resides within your very being. It is not outside of yourself. Only when you are truly dedicated can you let go of these burdens of falsehood that you live. Desire is not enough. When you are able to believe in your own abilities, this will open up your eyes to what is truly going on here. All is not what it appears to be, but only when you can disassociate yourself from this grid, can you be finally able to see.

Results and expectations can limit what you can see. Expect to see a miracle of sorts. Expect that all will be revealed to you and live as though that is a fact. Live in awe of the wonder of all life and love every minute of that life. Begin by being present in each moment and accepting of others and their situations. They are extensions of you and only you have the power to control this. It is within all of you. Idle minds find faults with themselves and others. This is truly an illusion as there is only perfection around you at all times. Realizing this will make it so and release you from your prison. You have been held captive by your own fears and limiting belief systems. Let yourself experience the wonder of who you really are. You are Prime Creator. Redefine yourself as such.

Realistically speaking…forever is a very loose term. It means that we have the grace of infinite wisdom at our fingertips and it also means that we can create whatever circumstance, time or reality that we desire.

Time is an illusion and therefore it is only a vehicle, an instrument, a tool. It is a perspective really, that allows us to create realities to PLAY in. This is our JOY. To CREATE!!

We are not obligated, nor are we destined to repeat unpleasant experiences again and again. We are Spirit Divine and therefore it is our pleasure to serve for the good and the benefit of the ALL. For we are complete as we are. Perfect in form, function and whole. We are the ONES that we have been waiting for.

We are ultimate Power Divine. As we serve another we are really helping ourselves. Literally. There is only the ONE. Divine presence is about remembering your true nature which is LOVE DIVINE.

Everything else is illusion and should be regarded as such. You have only to rediscover who you really are and embrace your own magnificence.

Dear ONES…Let yourselves BE. Realize that you are whole and complete as you are. Your graceful nature is guiding you and you are always protected in the LIGHT of our Unity Orb.

Dear Ground Crew:

How are you doing in these wild and expanding times? The energies these past few days are wild. Have any of you noticed anger coming up from you or directed towards you?

Have you felt a little “off”? Do you feel any sadness or depression? It feels like those who are not doing their spiritual work are at the mercy of these times. You might find them impatient or short tempered. You might wonder where it is coming from. Is it about you or about them? Is there something that you might need to review within your self?

We cannot get away with much these days. The mirrors are big and whatever needs resolution is there in front of you. This is happening on all levels. It is important to stay in integrity with your words, thoughts and deeds. Things are so open and transparent now that it is simple to read between the lines. You seem to “know” what is truth. It is indisputable.

Last night the beloved Master Djwal Khul spoke with us in my Monthly Meeting With the Masters Class. We felt his strength and his love. He talked about the importance of being silent. He said that the energies now are much like “The Beauty and the Beast.” He suggested we pay attention to our thoughts and the opportunity to be of service. He told us “A lot of strange things are going to be happening.”. . . “Let nature speak to you. It is restoring balance,” he said.

Things are moving quickly on all levels. Our spiritual journeys are stepped up and we are part of the Light brigade. Have you noticed the many miracles favoring the Light that are occurring daily? If you rise above the media hype and see the goodness around you the Light will be even more apparent.

For some of you who are participating in Oprah’s class on “The New Earth” with Eckhart Tolle, you might see a miracle. At least 2 million people from all around the world are tuning into this free Internet class. It concerns consciousness and awakening. The class and book can add to your spiritual growth. Never before has anything for the enlightenment of humanity been presented to the masses on such a wide scale over the Internet. If this is not part of the Divine Plan I don’t know what is. It is amazing to watch and listen to the questions people are asking about their own lives and religions. In my opinion this material is making people think.

We need to focus on these wondrous efforts on the part of those who are bringing awareness and healing to many. Eckhart talks about focusing “contributing to and enriching the lives of untold numbers of people.” This brings to mind the important fact that we as Lightworkers (I believe that Oprah and Eckart fit in this category.) are doing this even in our own small way. If we heal issues within ourselves we are not doing it just for ourselves but exponentially we are affecting many others with similar issues. We are healing our past, present and future generations in our family lineage. This is why we came here. We are here now to participate in the upliftment of humanity and the Earth. This is part of our service as Lightworkers.

Look at our political race in the U.S. We have Barack Obama who is a frontrunner in Democratic nomination for President. He is giving people hope and seems to be different from the normal candidates espousing the same old platforms. It has also been reported that people are receiving healings from Barack’s touch. If anything, he is providing a unifying affect for many in the U.S. as well as globally. We need to have leadership that is uplifting and inspiring. Barack even gave a speech on racisim that is bound to stand out in history.

This article was e-mailed to me today from someone in India.

Wherever you look the secrets are being revealed. The injustices are getting big press. Change is happening that is life altering. People are beginning to realize that maybe what they thought their lives were about might not be what they are really about. I recently had a client who was in the high tech industry. He was laid off from his job. This gave him the opportunity to go back to school and now he is becoming an life coach. Many people who were in real estate or the mortgage business are changing careers. Some might be altering their life styles because they have to and others because they choose to. Maybe some people are beginning to realize that they cannot count on their money or things to bring them their true purpose and identity. They have to go within.

Over the years it has been obvious to me that sometimes the way our Creator gets our attention is through our financial challenges. I have had my share of these challenges over the last 15 years of being self-employed. Having been in the corporate world for most of my life, I found it challenging to not know where my next money was coming from. Now I realize that it all comes from our Creator and that the Creator knows what I need and provides it for me. This is the natural way of life. The animals always know they will be fed. Humans have been programmed otherwise. Call forth your divine flow and that all of your needs will be met beyond your expectations. Exclaim: There is only one power and one presence in the universe-God! You can use this saying whenever you have a challenge financially or in any other way. Make the bold and strong statement and feel the energy shift.

The common threads that seem to be woven into our spiritual pathways these day are truth, divine flow, spiritual focus, rising above the chaos, reading through the lines, letting go of fear, bringing in love and Light, and staying focused our spiritual paths. Look at the opportunities that you have to express your self in many creative endeavors. Find the peace within and spread the peace that passes all understanding to others.

We need to be compassionate with our selves first and then with the rest of humanity. We know how much we all love change (ha, ha) yet we had better embrace this change because we are in it. There is a divine plan at work that will bring opportunities for our bliss and our New Earth. Much of the third dimension is imploding upon itself and the fourth, fifth and higher dimension stand ready for our embrace.

On March 19 I attended the funeral of my friend Shelley’s 26-year old son, Gabriel Guzman who died on March 8 in Afghanistan. After the funeral I wrote this poem:

The Look on Her Face

I’ll never forget the look on my friend’s face

As the U.S. Military honored her son’s place.

He was a hero in Airborne 82,

A paratrooper who at 26

Hit a mine in Afghanistan and that was it.

A mother’s grief—

Pain such as never seen,

Filled that room that was bursting at the seam.

From the woman general she received flag upon flag.

One draped over the casket,

Others for his sisters and daughter to wag.

There was a Gold Star and Purple Heart.

The three gun salute created quite a start.

But no-thing can ever replace

The loss of a son,

Or the look on her face.

No thing can bring him back,

Whether its from Afghanistan or Iraq.

I’ll aim to think that this young man,

All others and mothers too,

Are making us realize

That war should be taboo.

Greetings, I am Mira:

I greet you today from the Pleiadian High Council. We are busy in our skies as well as yours. Much is happening. We are looking for ways to assist you with creating peace. The turmoil that is occurring on your planet is bringing great disturbances throughout space. There is such a battle between the Light and the dark. Please remember that there are more of you than there are of the dark ones and that you will find peace. What happens on the Earth affects us too. We are one.

If you were to weigh things on the Earth right now you would see they are out of balance. The Earth is trying to restore balance and will continue to do this through the earth changes. Some of these changes will bring a hasty settlement and resolution to the imbalances but they are all necessary. It is remarkable that the Earth is doing as well as she is considering the condition or her body. The lack of caring and respect for the Earth are creating far-reaching ramifications.

Still much of humanity remains asleep. There will be a greater awakening for them later this year with something with a rather large impact. Even the economic environment on the planet needs balance. We are still waiting for humanity to realize the false premises upon which they have been standing. Things are shaky on many levels.

You might say that your inner and outer environments are stressed. As you resolve one issue another seems to pop up. Do you know that your issues and energies affect the Earth? The Earth does not only have to respond to her own birthing pains but to yours as well. The more that you can do to create some internal peace the better all will fare.

There is a lot of confusion on the Earth right now. We observe many lost souls and too much suffering. We see another factor that is impacting you and this is procrastination. In our realms we have clarity and decisiveness and this makes our system a functional one. The issue of procrastination is one that is intrinsic to the Earth. We ask that you become aware of this within your life and see if you can progress away from it. This choice and new behavior will have a favorable impact in your own functioning.

We always enjoy communicating with the ground crew. We love you very much. Our commanders come back and report interesting stories about you. They appreciate it when you delight in knowing our presence and even more when you see us in the sky.

We enjoy your laughter and your yearning to come on board our ships. We like it when you want to know more about life in the Pleiades and on our ships.

Even during these unsettled times we are calm and with you. We need our ground crew to be the steady ones as anchors of the Light and instruments of peace. In due time our paths with unfold into closer interaction with you and the Earth. We are all making the necessary steps toward this direction.

You can consider us your stellar family playing roles that will allow our mutual mission to be accomplished. We are going for the same purpose—for the uplifitment of the Earth and life upon the Earth. We are your ascension advocates. We will help you rise to greater heights and higher levels of life.

The process in which you find yourselves currently is pre-ordained. It is the destiny of the Earth to rise in consciousness. Help is available from all levels to assure you that this is accomplished. Pay attention to everything that you see around you and what you feel. We give you insight and messages to help you along the way. If you are receptive and listen it is helpful to us.

Our group participation in the process is a necessity. That means that we will rely upon the ground crew more and more. As you awaken you will find new roles and ways of being in service coming to you. That is why we ask you to stand by.

During the times of transition you may be required to act quickly. We have said that the Earth is moving quickly so you might even have to step out of the way. Whatever you are required to do know that we appreciate you. You are pivotal to our overall mission for the Earth.

Water Wands

I have used my Water Wand for nearly six months now. By stirring the wand in water for 20 seconds the water is reduced from a cluster of molecules to a single molecule, therefore allowing your body to increase its hydration. Recently a friend remarked that I looked younger. I believe it is due to the improved hydration of my cells.

When all is said and done it will be the memory of what was that will be left in your heart. You cannot sustain yourself on memories though. It is in the NOW that you have the ability to manifest your dreams and desires. It is in the NOW that you can achieve your goals. You have only to be present. This is how you can accomplish all that you have set out to do, be or have. You realized at birth that you would always want for more. This is an inbred trait of all human beings. This is what catapults you to become overachievers and this can be the downfall of many who never stop to enjoy the fruits of their labouring.

When you are in a state of enjoying, you are really being Godlike. This is because this is your natural state of BEING. This is who you truly are. When you can tune out your critical voice and surrender to your loving and accepting self, you are home. This is your true power. This is how you manifest and this is when you can create worlds.

Believe that you have the power and the ability to shift consciousness. All of you are finding your own “secret” hidden deep within yourselves and we are now at a tipping point. Only you can make a difference to your world and to yourself. Choose to be the LOVE that you innately are and you will transform yourself and your planet.

Whenever we seek within ourselves we transmit a frequency which resonates out to all of life. This is how we are “BECOMING”. This is how we can influence our surroundings and catapult ourselves into new levels of awareness. By BEING still and allowing ourselves to capture our own essence. When we are alone with our own BEINGNESS we can align with ALL THAT IS and become that as well. Mystics know this.

It is in the stillness of the mind that we can rest and rejuvenate our Soul. It is at these times that we can begin to “see”. Always remember to begin a session with a prayer of protection and to thank yourself for this experience of life. You have all come to this plane of existence in order to help and to guide one another and it is at this time that your unity is much needed.

When you can all align yourselves in your common goal, there is a powerful effect. This is why it is very important at this time to join others in meditation. Your joint energy can transform worlds. You have the power to manifest GRACE, LOVE, PEACE. All you need to do is focus your energy and this will be the result.

Believe in your own power. This will enable you to change your world as you know it. Begin by BEING yourselves. For you are truly magnificent beings of LIGHT and LOVE.

Focus on that which you desire and believe that it has already come to pass and give thanks. This is the process for manifestation and this simple and easy to use formula will change your experience of life as you know it.

When we focus our energy and allow our higher aspects of ourselves to guide our way, we are surrendering our egoic self. This is the path to liberation and this transition of spirit will set you free to discover your true potential.

You are not this body and this limited earthbound mind. You are Supreme Creators and thus it is within all of you to discover this fact for yourselves.

Heavenly vibrations radiate all around you and seek to connect with your Soul. Allow yourselves to align with all that is of the Light. All that is Love.

It is an eternal cycle. We are here for you always remembering who you are. Courageous beings of Light who have manifested their energy on the Earth plane in order to miraculously transmute and transform this planet into a magnificent orb of LOVE.

Straight From The Heart
March 4, 2008

Dear Ground Crew:

This message is about a week late. Last Tuesday when I began to do an update I started having floaters and flashing lights in my left eye. It was scary. I researched what it could be and that made me even more frightened. I ended up going to the Emergency Room that night and leaving without a definitive diagnosis. Going to the hospital (I am an ex-hospital administrator as some of you may know) raised my blood pressure (more fear again) created more stress. I thought about a couple of my friends who had detached retinas and I certainly wanted the necessary care if that were the case.

Fortunately, I went to the ophthalmologist the next day to find that these are a natural occurrence as one puts a few more birthdays in their lives. My eye is better but will still have to be watched as a result of what is called a “detached vitreous.”

Are any of you having troubles with your eyes? I have heard that some of us are and I think this could be a result of the changing frequencies and accelerations that are shifting our bodies and consciousness.

Certainly the times are challenging enough with the chaos and third dimensional focus. Maybe this eye situation is about changing my focus. Like many of you, I try to remain aware of what is occurring on the planet but choose not to get caught up in it. It all seems so crazy.

I just started reading Eckhart Tolle’s new book “A New Earth, Awakening to your Life’s Purpose.” He says, “The greatest achievement of humanity is not its works of art, science, or technology, but the recognition of its own dysfunction, its own madness.”

After this he expounds on the insanity of war and this realization seems to be growing amongst the population. Fortunately for us, Oprah Winfrey is an amazing Lightworker who is doing a free class on this book with Eckhart Tolle. This will awaken many more of the masses.

We as Lightworkers might be further ahead of this realization yet we still have a lot of work to do to pave way with the Light. Perhaps if we use our love and Light energy and focus it on those who create war we will be stepping up the process of dis-creating war. In the U. S. it feels like the support for war and the ways of the past are shifting. Maybe some people are seeking greater fulfillment that they can only find with investing in their spiritual growth and not in the material world. This is where one can access true abundance. This is what one takes with them when they leave this world—their consciousness, soul, wisdom, unconditional love (hopefully) and spiritual growth.

At this time I believe there will numerous opportunities opening for us as teachers to help humanity find new values that they might not have sought in the past. The divine plan is being laid in place more fully. Look around and see how quickly things are changing.

We need to begin to realize the power of the Light. I hope that you are meditating regularly. (If you still need to learn you can order my meditation CD “Welcome in the Light” in the MarketPlace on this website). Getting together in groups to meditate is exponentially even more powerful. Last night there were four of us in meditation and we created a profound experience. I heard “How can you ever doubt me? I will never let you down. Trust and believe in me.”

If you continue to meditate, pray and do your inner work, you will discover even more of your gifts. I like to call telepathy, channeling, clairvoyance, clairsentience, clairaudience and claircognizance, “the bells and whistles” of meditating. Telepathy and channeling are our natural birthrights. I am beginning to see more people channel and am also assisting some of them with their practice. I am pleased that some of these channels are men! Come on guys, we need your gifts and talents too.

Overall the energies have felt somewhat dense lately. Is it the elections that are taking a lot of our focus here in the U.S.? Is it partly due to the eclipses from last month, the astrology, or the endemic rise of fear that is being pelted out from the media constantly? How are your physical bodies doing? How are your sleep patterns? What about your dreams? How is your energy? Do you feel fatigued or like you want to sleep a lot? How is your nutrition and how does your body respond when you don’t eat correctly? What about your sensitivity, empathy level and your awareness level? For those who are healers you might have realized that your empathy level is higher than ever. This is a gift from our Creator because you need grater awareness to do your work.

To get things right.

What has been done is past.

A Channeled Message From Mira From the Pleiadian High Council

Greetings, I am Mira.

I come to you today to discuss the many changes that are occurring on your planet at this time. We are pleased at how well you are adjusting to these changes for we know they are not easy. Your world as you have known it is falling apart. As you look around you it is apparent that some of your world is in bits and pieces. Parts of what you thought were forever yours have left you with a loose footing. What do you have to stand upon when what you thought was real and true is no longer?

From our vantage point what we see is a clearing of energy and a re-formation. Old words from the past fall on deaf ears. Old ways of seeing things disappear before your very eyes. Most of humanity is in a deep state of fatigue. They have missed the mark of what life is truly about. They have clung to the heroes of the past only to see that these have fallen in their eyes as new truths are revealed about them.

Financial and material focus can create woes as so it goes. This is what we call a slippage point. Slippage points occur when there is need for a new focus. It is like having a mud slide in front of you that forces you to go around it. You cannot avoid it but you need to find another route. The Earth is in line for numerous slippage points.

The new rule of the day will be adjustment. All will need to adjust to what is occurring from the slippage points in their lives. On an evolving planet, such as yours, one must become flexible and fluid. You must learn to live in resourcefulness and creativity. You must circle around the slippage points and factor in each other as guarantors of your lives. You will begin to realize the need for co-operation and comm-unity. The days of the past where neighbors don’t know each other will be gone. You will need to assist and cooperate not compete. You will get down to the real values of what life is about.

Although time continues to speed up you will find that it also peaks and then seems to slow down for a while. This is a point of rest and you will need it. It is akin to the inhalation and exhalation of a mother giving birth as she waits for the next labor pain.

Yes, it can be a painful process to be going through such a re-birth. Growth is a process and can take a lot of energy yet is it so worthwhile to see what is coming next. You will be in awe at some of the wonders of the world. It is waiting for you to explore.

Of course, we are still fully set upon awakening others through our upward appearances in your skies. The time rapidly approaches when we will be visible and available to you as resources, family and friends. You will find us approachable and friendlier than some of your own not so friendly earthly ones.

It is high time that we get things rolling for our journey together. Soon the delays will be lifted and you will find life much more enjoyable and interesting. Working together will be uplifting and fun. We have much to learn together as we await the day that there can be a free coming and going.

This is a stellar journey in which we find ourselves. We watch it with humor and delight. We see that you are awakening quickly and know that many of you cannot wait until we are in full contact. For now we will work through the appropriate channels in preparation for our divine reunion.

The divine time lines are merging. Beautiful new energies are emerging as humanity begins to awaken from its dream state. This will make it possible to live truly on the Earth in the way that you have always dreamed it would be. Nothing else matters now than the implementation of the divine plan. The divine directives are coming from all angles. In the bat of an eye you will find a new you and a new world. This is how it is going to be.

You are like branches of a Tree of Light that the Creator sent forth to form the roots of a new world. The roots grow deeply and the Lights shine brightly. We are one with you in establishing the beautiful New Earth.

Water

Have your noticed there is an abundance of discussion about water all over the planet? We need it for life. The Earth is a water planet. Not all planets have water. On our planet big corporations are taking over community water supplies. The bottled water industry has become about a $3 trillion business. We need to make our water count. We need to be aware of what is going on with our water wherever we live.

Our body is its own ecosystem. We need to keep our bodies in balance and well hydrated. The Water Wands that are available on this website in the MarketPlace will help you stay hydrated. Many of you have bought the wands. The results vary according to each individual. For instance, my massage therapist bought a Water Wand. After using it for a while she realized that her thumb was no longer hurting her. There was a time when she was thinking about having to stop doing massage. The improved hydration is allowing her body to relieve toxins from the thumb and all of her joints so the results can be subtle so if you have a wand just keep using it.

Another person e-mailed me to tell me about her 19-year-old cat. The cat was very ill and she wondered if the cat would make it. She could see the cat was dehydrated so she started giving the cat water wanded water and the cat bounced back to her normal self.

One of the reasons that liquids such as soup, or even wine, taste better after being wanded is that the molecular structure is reduced and therefore the taste buds can receive more of the flavor.

In Conclusion

Much is changing right before our eyes. It is up to us to have the eyes to see and the ears to hear what is going on around us. Be grateful for your eyes and your keen insight. It is needed now. Be grateful for your improved empathy for it too is needed.

Our space brothers and sisters are everywhere present as we proceed with our new awakenings and New Earth. We are reconnecting with ground crew all over the planet. We are co-creating with others like Simon in Denmark and many other wonderfully awakened individuals.

We align with you for a beautiful New Earth and a peaceful loving planet.

Straight from the Heart

Dear Ground Crew:

How are these current energies affecting you? It feels like the quiet before the storm to me. I don’t think it is all attributable to Mercury in Retrograde (started January 26). Mars just went direct which means more will get done but this creates a push pull with Mercury retrograde. There is a solar eclipse on February 6 and a Lunar eclipse on February 20. This should shake a few things up. These astrological events play into some of what we are feeling and so does the collective consciousness.

Some of my friends are losing elderly parents. A few of my clients are forced to clearly face issues with their jobs like having to move on in an empowered way. I have also noticed in the past month that some people who are imbalanced are challenged with the energies. This has put some of them in precarious situations. There seems to be a battle for the soul that especially forces those of us who are sensitive Lightworkers to make new choices. The soul is crying out for expression. Truth is the order of the day.

If you are feeling stuck in the mud a bit, wondering which way to turn, frustrated, with the overall feeling of needing new direction, perhaps the answer is to take some inner direction. The inner direction is always available to us. If you don’t meditate perhaps that would be a good start (If you need to learn how you can order my Welcome in the Light beginning meditation CD.). If you already meditate you might need to do it more often. When Mercury goes retrograde it is a good time to get organized. Communication with the outside world can slow down and make way for the divine communication. You might be one who journals (highly recommended these days), or use cards like the Tarot, or angel cards, the I Ching, no matter what it is that you do to get answers this is the time to listen.

On the 25th of January, I went an Annual Astrological Forecast given by a local astrologer named Georgia Stathis. What I learned from this is that Pluto just entered Capricorn on the 25th and will remain there for 15 years until 2024 (except for a short backpedaling from June to November 28 when it goes back to Capricorn). Georgia said that “we will have lots of new attitudes, thoughts and changes like details, balance sheets, cost analysis, healthier foods, cleaner environments, fuel efficient cars, smaller families new gender roles, etc”. “It means that for the last 13 years of world expansion and global trade we will begin doing our own thing in the U.S. Like the last time Pluto entered Capricorn during the American Revolution . . . 2008 will be a topsy turvey year as people get a little uncomfortable with the current state of affairs. . . We in the U.S. will no longer just buy for buying sake. We will pay more for quality goods and set aside the cheap and poorly manufactured items. The next 16 years is about returning to a place of self-respect and honor as well as empowerment for all of the people in the U.S. . .”

We have a lot of attention on the U.S. Presidential race. I hope that no matter whom you prefer for your candidate that you will send your love, Light and blessings. Hold the Light for the highest good for all. See how much positive energy you can send to your preferences. We are the ones who are here to make change. It is time for our empowerment.

My friend Da Vid, MD, has a ballot measure for San Francisco to convert Alcatraz Island, a place of pain and suffering, into a ‘Jewel of Light’. He got the vision 30 years ago that this island that housed the most hard-core criminals could become a Global Peace Center. The vote is for the City of San Francisco to support and facilitate the acquisition of Alcatraz Island for the express purpose of transforming Alcatraz Island into “The Global Peace Center. According to Da Vid, Alcatraz is left over from Lemuria and is a galactic portal. This island is sacred to the Native American People and is under jurisdiction of the Federal Department of the interior. You can go to www.globalpeacefoundation.org see the beautiful architectural design that would include a harmonium with sound, light and color, art, music, a healing pyramid, and a statue of St. Francis of Assisi. The vote will be next Tuesday, February 5.

What is your vision for your life and that of the Earth? Are we all waving the flag of ascension? This is our mission, ground crew. We are here to usher in the new Earth and the new age of enlightenment. What are the next steps that you can take to bring your vision into manifestation?

I recently had a couple of astounding experiences with the Light. I believe that our Lightwork and connection with the multidimensional realms is opening up wider and in exciting ways. In my channeling class with Mira we are beginning to have some new experiences, which I am pleased to be facilitating. Some of us walked outside after the last channeling and saw two ships fly over us interdimensionally. I also had an interesting experience when I was taking one of my students in the Gateway of Healing. The two of us were probably in meditation for 30 to 40 minutes (It’s easy to lose track of time when you are in a gateway.). My client had a double lung transplant about three years ago. While in the gateway someone to my right that I could not see breathed very deeply. After the meditation, I shared my experience with her and she said that the same thing happened to her on her right side. We wondered if it was her donor. I also wondered if it was the breath of God.

The Breath of God

How could it be
That the breath of God
Is here for us to see?
Could it be here for us to feel?
Could it be here for us to hear?
Could it be here for us to heal?
Do we remember when we last heard that breath?
Was it when we separated from all the rest?
Was it when our souls divided
And took flight
Into these human bodies
So that we could experience life?
In physical form
We inherited breath.
This most natural process
Came from the best.
It is from the Divine
That breath was implanted.
It is the thing we take most for granted.
If our breath comes from God,
The Creator of all,
Isn’t it time
That we make the call.
Call it “Home” or whatever you like,
Just let the Creator know
That you are grateful
For the breath of life.
Don’t take your breath for granted
Or the Creator either.
For if you forget one or the other
You will begin to wither.
Yet if you remember the breath
And merge with Source
Your Light energy
Will be uplifted, of course.
Your vibration will rise,
Your step will be Lighter.
Then everyone’s ascension
Will be brighter.

Greetings, I am Mira. I am pleased to be speaking with you today. It is an honor to communicate with this group who call themselves the ground crew. Yes, you are strategic to our operation. We work together with you on many different levels to assist the Earth in this process of ascension.

The Earth is in a precarious position at the moment. This situation can only progress with your assistance, love and Light. There is much energy that is flowing together at once which can create an imbalance. This means that the imbalance can be felt within all life forms. Sometimes the only remedy is to breathe and that is what we suggest you do. It is a way that we work with the Earth too in the in and out breaths as she struggles to find balance while at the center of the chaos.

This is a time of ridding the Earth of the old negative energies, which will eventually be replaced as Light filaments. This is the best analogy that we can provide. The infiltration of the Light into the dark smoldering embers will purify and transmute the stronghold of the dark. This is a natural process something like changing a light bulb. It has to take place in order for the Earth to survive.

We have technological capabilities to build upon the Light that is flooding life on the Earth now. Some might be finding the Light delightful and others might find it discomforting. This depends upon one’s connection to the Higher Realms and the soul’s readiness to change.

As you can see there is quite a struggle within the world governments. Many are in upheveal, as you can see. We stand by to assist if situations get too out of control, as some are apt to become. You might consider this a time when masses of people are choosing whether or not remain on the Earth. There is much preparation that has been made in the Light Realms for a large influx of new arrivals that will be coming. You see, many have completed their earthly lessons. They gave their lifetime of struggle its best run and are now feeling free to take it easier on the other side. They will observe you with awe as they view your Light and accomplishments. They will wonder why they did not see you more clearly while in their embodiments.

For those who are remaining on the Earth there will be delightful surprises. Many of you who work for the Light can’t wait to see us and to come on board our ships. You are in great anticipation about working with us (all of your space family not just Pleiadians). You are in for some fun times because what will be occurring has been long promised. Humanity needs to know they are not alone. Soon your governments will not be able to cover up our presence. They will have some explaining to do.

There are many details that have to take place before we can come en mass to greet you. The way has to be opened first to acknowledge our presence. You already are aware of this fact. Little by little our connection will be known. Those in power will have to step aside for us. They will need our assistance. At first it might appear like frenzy but this will not be the case. They will want you to be afraid and deny our existence. It is they way the planet has been run for far too long now. Decisions have been made that have not been for the well being of most life on the Earth and this need to be changed. These old powers have denied your existence and have tried to prevent you from having many of your God-given rights.

This is the time when this will be rectified. You will have your day. You will find your connection with us to be enjoyable and gratifying. We will feel the same. Only those who are of the Light will be working the most closely with us at the onset. Then you will be the ones who will help enlighten the masses. Are you ready for the job?

Your planet is currently surrounded with a huge fleet of space ships from many different star systems. Our operation with the Earth is of the utmost importance for, as you know the Earth is the lynchpin for the solar system and galaxy. Your well-being is integral to the balance of life far beyond the Earth. Do you begin to understand how important your Light work is to this process? That is why we communicate with you this way through various channels as well as in the skies.

If you would only look to the skies you will see accelerated activity. Much is abuzz with the shifting of power and energies right now. A balance is what is desired.

Please feel free to join in our attempts at communicating with you in the night skies. We are there and enjoy our connections with those who can feel and see our energy.

Water

We are still having massive amounts of rain here in California and the San Francisco Bay Area. Today in the San Francisco Chronicle, it said cleanup workers in the San Mateo County coastline returned yesterday to pick up oil and tar that reappeared on beaches following the latest round of storms . . . Many beaches were closed to visitors because of pollution from oil and sewage runoff from the storms. There was some speculation that the oil came from the November 7, 2007 accident in the San Francisco Bay. This is the situation that we all worked to clear before and it worked. Therefore, I am asking you to please go deeper this time and see all of the sticky oil and tar in our waters that has been coming up again be cleared and transmuted back into the Light. Let’s do this for another 10 days until February 10.

The Water Wands are still doing a great job in hydrating the body and improving blood oxygen. All you have to do is put the Water Wand into water for 20 seconds. I like to stir mine. I find that I am breathing easier while I sleep and wake up feeling more rested. This helps too when I don’t have to get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom.

You can use the Water Wand in liquids up to 270 degrees. I put my in my green drink that I make every day. It helps the body to absorb this good nutrition.
