“One of the many changes I faced during menopause was my digestive system. I’d been able to eat anything with no ‘after affect’ throughout my life. That all changed with menopause. Almost all of the food or drink affected me for days. Over the years, I studied information on the Internet; went to my doctor and even went to an internist. They all said it was natural to have gas. I want to an herbalist and tried their products to no avail. I tried not combining certain foods and experienced slight relief.
