Message From Valerie Donner - December 8, 1997

Dear Ground Crew:

There is no right or wrong, good or bad. There is only truth. Truth is not found by listening to anyone but ourselves. It is found in our heart. Our heart knows it all. We must now be in the process of discovering our truth. This is where wisdom lies.

We are all mirrors for each other and sometimes it is hard to look at ourselves. When we have to point the finger at someone else, we have three fingers pointing back at us. Everything I did was with the best of intentions of love, friendship, integrity, peace and harmony. I choose to move forward with my mission.

In reality, as adults, there are no victims--only volunteers. I am sure at some level we volunteered to teach each other the lessons we need to learn right now. I bless the old core ground crew. I love them. I honor their role in the Divine Plan. I wish them healing.

My mission continues to be to serve humanity at this time of planetary transformation. I will continue with this mission as God wills me. Service to others is my reason for being. As this mission unfolds, those of you who resonate with it will participate as ongoing bearers of Light, peace, harmony and freedom. We need to be in our own power. We need to be responsible for our own peace and happiness.

How do we do this? We do it through the intention of healing, by providing service to others, and with purity of heart. We focus on the heart--the heart of the matter, the mending heart and the honest heart. We don't skip a beat in our work because our work is important for the ascension of the planet. The heart keeps beating as God works through us to restore our serenity.

In this time of merging Heaven with Earth, we also need to merge our hearts with our heads. Pearl S. Buck said in her book "To My Daughters With Love, "Yet. . . you must change your minds, you must renew your hearts, and you must do it alone." I believe we must do this by finding our inner truth. We do this by feeling our feelings, listening to our bodies, and exploring and expressing our emotions. One dear ground crew member, Doc. H. recently told me, "I believe the Divine Balance is an open heart and a still mind."

In the December issue of "The Golden Flame Newsletter," Karen the author and a channel from New Zealand exclaimed: "So much information is flying around at present, please discern with your heart. The energies at present are making this process easy for you to go within. We urge you to find your own truths, and not to rely on others for your truth . . . Remember the golden rule--always take the first answer that pops in, as anything after that is your mind/ego. Always listen to that first answer, and it will be in a soft little voice. Friends right now we ask you at this time to seek your Inner Child; ask it how it is feeling."

The core of this work is accomplished with the Inner Child. Margaret Paul, Ph.D., a clinical psychologist and author of "Inner Bonding" says the following:

"1. When you are disconnected from your feelings, you act in disconnected ways to others, creating further disconnection from them. 2. When you are disconnect from you inner self, or Inner Child, you can't realistically expect the positive consequences that go with being connected to your feelings. 3. The choice to be open leads to greater inner power and more love of self and others. The choice to be closed leads to isolation and alienation between others and within yourself.

"The Inner Child is the aspect of our personality that is soft, vulnerable, and feeling --oriented--our 'gut' instinct. It is who we are when we were born, our core self, our natural personality, with all its talents, instinct, intuition, and emotion. The Child is our right-brain or creative aspect of being, feeling and experiencing.

"The Adult is the logical thinking part of us that has collected knowledge through our years of experience in the world. It is our intellect, our left-brain, logical, analytical, conscious mind. It is the part of us that is thought and action, as opposed to feeling and being, which are the realms of the Inner Child."

The following is an Inner Child Clearing Process: Find the feeling. Ask what age is the child? Separate out from the Child to the observer (the Adult). Ask the Child what it needs or wants to feel loved. (Do this in a quiet, meditative state, taking as long as necessary to hear what the Child tells you.) Get yourself into a space of loving the Child no matter what. Do what it takes to love the Child. Apologize for not having been there for it before. Hug it, let it sit on your knee, hold it in your arms. Tell it you will always care for it and be there for it. Ask the Child if it has anything else to share with you. Ask the Child again how it is feeling. You should end the session feeling peaceful, complete and connected with your Inner Child. You might want to journal about the session. It will help you remember what you are learning and allow you to see your growth.

As we learn more about our Inner Child, and work with it, we release energy blockages that are preventing our brightest lights from shining. It is time to let our Light shine and to connect with all of the Light that is beaming down upon us. This our primary job right now--to bear the Light in increasing amounts until we instill the new Heaven on Earth.
