The State of this Website

January 26, 1998

Since this website is now two months old, we want to make a status report to our readers. We acknowledge all of you and are pleased that several hundred people a day are viewing this site. As you can see, the information is becoming more exciting, varied and important to the ascension process. We are connecting in a myriad of new ways. It meaningful and fun for us to share with you.

It takes a lot to maintain a website of this nature. First, we must receive the information. This takes effort. The Great One only has a typewriter and Valerie Donner has to type and edit all of her material from the faxes that she sends. Next they go to the webmaster who puts them up on the site. Our primary webmaster has a full time job so we now have another ground crew person who does the daily updates for us. This is a blessing and does not overload the regular webmaster as much. There are still many additions that we want to make with the site--new graphics, and the completion of the other areas waiting our time and attention. Right now, Valerie is the only one doing this service.

We still owe the webmaster close to $2,000 for his time and creativity. So far, he has not been paid. He is doing this as a favor and has the faith that he will be compensated for his efforts. The back-up person and webmaster must be paid everytime we put up something new to the site. As you know, we make additions several times a week.

Valerie is totally dedicated, as before, to The Ground Crew work. She handles the business, phone calls, bills (many are still waiting to be paid from the old organization), and the on-going creation of this site. She is still working alone and has a backlog of almost 500 e-mails. In essence, the energy for this work is lovingly poured out to you and for these efforts to be balanced, there must be an energy exchange in return. We need your financial support to pay the expenses and to make it possible for us to continue with this Spirit-guided work. The Great One lives on a small retirement income and should be paid for her phone and fax expenses. Charlotte King could use financial assistance, too, for her wonderful work. We have not been able to even cover these expenses yet.

We continue to be very grateful to those of you who support us on an ongoing basis. Right now this is a very small percentage of people. We need more support, even if it is just $5.00 or $10.00 per month. Anything will help. We are putting a tremendous amount of energy out to you and hope that you understand clearly that we must feel something coming back to us. This is the way creation works.
