Dear Ground Crew,

.....lance with Self are very important. The polarities are big so expect resistance. This brings about transformation. Both polarities are rising; anger is a resurrecting power that brings about truth. Unless you go deeply you will have a difficult time facing what is coming."

"The emotional body must be healed because it is the magnetic energy and the magnetic energy is what attracts and holds My Presence and also holds the individual's Spirit in manifestation . . . Hear Me on this: this magnetic energy is part of Me already and is not to be denied. No part of the self is to be denied . . . Pain and suffering is nothing more than denying the Will, the magnetic energy, its roll to guiding you to your right place . . . To end this denial, you need to open to the emotional acceptance of your emotional expression.

"This is not a matter of what is presently socially acceptable; this is a matter of seeing that the emotional body on Earth is so desperate that it either has to recover within the next few life times or die . . . Emotional release is what you need to do to hear Me. If you start where you are and release everything you can as completely as you can every time anything triggers you (and I do not mean that if you cannot release sometimes that you cannot recover), you will free your emotional body of old charge very rapidly . . . When you can clearly feel Me you will know that it is Me.

"When you feel an emotion such as grief or fear come up, you need to feel it in your Body until your Body urges you to express it in some way. Then express in the way your body is urging you. . . until you feel no further need to do it.

"Give Will and Spirit enough space in which to move into alignment. Let them vibrate fast enough to stay alive through the changes coming on Earth if you want to stay on Earth. Right use of Will had to be given now because emotions vibrate at space and at present on Earth people are not expressing emotions enough to vibrate their space adequately to hold it open for themselves. When something is created without vibrational power; it has no propellant; it does not go out with any vigorous life in it and cannot open the space in which it can happen. It cannot stay manifested . . . The more feelings are suppressed the more unable they are to vibrate space."

You might also view this emotional part of ourselves as the feminine side. We are working on balancing the masculine and feminine energies. This balance is crucial for our own enlightenment as well as for the survival of Mother Earth.

I have been communicating with our beloved Mother Earth lately. I can feel her body in mine and my body in hers. It is a wonderful feeling. I can also feel her pain. I can feel places in her body in my body that she wants cleansed. She does not like concrete--she cannot breathe. She abhors nuclear waste and weaponry. Imagine how she feels when there in war! When there is conflict it reverberates throughout her entire nervous system. That is how connected we are with our Mother. She loves her children dearly. She wants us to communicate with her. She wants us to connect with her in our meditations. She wants us to love her and be grateful for all of the gifts she gives us.

In "The Right Use of Will" God tells us that ". . .your own increasing power to transform and heal yourself is going to help transform and heal the Earth . . . Understand that to heal the Earth, you need to heal yourself first . . . Balancing Spirit and Will in your Heart . . . will enable the Heart to receive this balanced flow of loving energy and Body can manifest it freely . . . Once you have begun the healing process that leads to alignment of the Spirit and the Will within you as an individual, you will find your outer reality will change in accordance with this."

Doesn't all of this make sense? We are one with all that is. We are awakening to this realization every day. This is part of the ascension process.

It feels like we still have some last minute work to do. We are approaching the finish line and have to give it all we have got. Thank God we have each other, the ground crew, to share our growth. We are blessed.
