Dear Ground Crew:

The Great One's January 24 message struck a nerve with me! In case you have not read it yet, it discusses a "Lightworkers Conference" where we all gather(ed?) together to strategize about how we can show the people on this planet "that God lives, that God is love, and that this love must live in all Earth life." We have a challenge, ground crew.

As you most likely know, only a small aspect of our soul is present here and the rest of us is living parallel lives, in other places, in the Light Realms, etc. This message from The Great One confirms what Sananda (Jesus through Eterna) has been telling us. He recently told me "I am a thousand times busier up there than I am down here" so that must be pretty busy. Sometimes I recall parts of my work upstairs when I am being guided to do Ground Crew work. Do any of you recollect being in a big Lightworkers Conference lately? We are all working very hard to bring Heaven on Earth. Many of us have been here since the beginning as guardians of the planet always working for one God, fighting separation and holding the Light for love and unity.

Can you imagine what a Lightworker's Conference must be like up there? I wonder how many beings attend such a conference. Can any of you remember what you do in your sleep? Do you receive any fragments of information that you can put together about how we are preparing to shift this planet? Sananda has told us that we are the harbingers of God's new age--we are the ones bringing Heaven on Earth. This is our job and now is the time to do it.

Perhaps part of the conference would include marketing, you know, maybe we need a marketing plan for God on dear Mother Earth. By the way, I was told about seven years ago when I was job hunting (I have a degree in marketing and a MBA) that "I am supposed to be out marketing for God." I had no idea what that meant. Since I have been doing this work it is becoming more clear so today I am full of ideas.

Does anyone want to be on the Marketing for God Committee? I think that because you are a Lightworker you are already a member of this committee. We are all gods in action so we cannot market for God without starting with ourselves. This is part of the plan as I see it:

Marketing Plan For God

1. Awaken as many Lightworkers as possible. Statistically, some experts have been told that approximately 2 percent of the population are Lightworkers. My calculations tell me that is approximately 120,000,000 people. This figure could be as high as 10 percent of the population but the real question is how can you awaken the Lightworkers who are sleeping on the job?
2. First target ourselves--those who know what is happening and who are doing their inner work--focusing on the Light and spreading love and Light as much as possible.
3. Become what The Great One says in yesterday's message "the flame of God" and "Rise and communicate our Will and our Light."
4. Stop hiding your truth. Stand up and be who you are meant to be. Don't whisper love and Light, stand up and shout it.
5. Open your heart. It is only through the heart that you can fully express and connect with God. Good hearts have gotten you to where you are now but the planet needs open hearts. We cannot afford to be in fear or shut our hearts down for a minute longer. The heart is where the power, strength, and truth lies within each of us. It is what will direct us through the coming changes.
6. Become aware of all the places of separation in your life. Anything that makes you feel separate, against someone or something, is keeping you from unity, from God. We are all God, all a part of God, and it is only with this awareness of oneness that we can assure ourselves of being one with God.
7. Devote as much of your life as you can to working for the Light. This means you follow your passion, your heart's desire, as much as possible, and that you become a great beacon of Light no matter where you are--at work, home, play.
8. Follow your spiritual path and do your prayers, meditation, and inner work that connect you closer to Spirit.
9. Share activational spiritual information with your Lightworker friends. Spread uplifting information around whenever it is feasible.
10. Stay away from fear as much as possible. Process out your own fears remembering that what goes on inside of us is what we create on the outside. Become one with your emotions, fears, worries and concerns. Merge with them, breathe them in and shift into who you really are--a master of all of these feelings--God.
11. Connect with spiritual family whenever possible. When two or more are gathered together in His name you can create massive amounts of Light. You can also bring great joy to yourself and others when you are together.
12. Be aware of every possible opportunity to serve the Light by loving others, uplifting others, helping them to heal, mirroring their own goodness to them, etc.
13. Honor Mother Earth. She is divinely connected to God and the more you connect deeply with her on a daily basis the more you will be marketing for God and for your self.
14. Rise above all of the chaos, confusion and darkness that appears to be real in the third dimension and know it is all a part of the shifting back to the Light. Help others to see that too.
15. Express your full divinity in all that you do. Create and be. Dig deeply to be all that you can be--the master that you are, the fully empowered divine being that you were meant to be.
16. Be loving and kind to all of life. Respect animals, plants, minerals, people and all of life. They are all a part of God.
17. Take loving care of yourself and your physical body. Do not neglect your emotions or your spiritual bodies either. Rest. Eat well. Replenish yourself and make choices about what you will give of yourself every day.
18. Let go of the past--especially everything that is keeping you feeling like a victim or a martyr. These archetypes do not fit when you are marketing for God.
19. Laugh, play and have fun. When you laugh Mother Earth feels it deeply. When you laugh and express your joy you are expressing God.
20. Remember to use all of your resources to market for God. You are the greatest resource that God has so use your time and energy well. These are the most powerful resources that you can share.

After we complete some of the proposed steps in this marketing plan, we will consider broader scale tactics like television, radio, newspaper and billboard advertising. I assure you that God is already active in every one of these places for He is everywhere.

I welcome any suggestions from you on how to expand this plan. It is an evolving, luminescent, expanding, unfolding program that will bring Heaven on Earth. We know what we are doing, have done it before and will be successful again. The rewards are manifold and we will manifest them in love, joy and peace. We are the professional marketers for God, the becons of Light showing the way for a new era on Earth.
