Dear Ground Crew:
How are you doing with the intense energies that are coming to the planet right now? We have magnetic energies that affect the DNA and frequency shifts that affect consciousness. With all things considered we are experiencing a lot right now. Have you been more tired, emotional, or light-headed? Have you had to change your diet, clean up your act, be more in your truth, or felt closer to the Light?
You might need to meditate more, drink more water, and cleanse your system. These energies will continue throughout May so do whatever you can to become a part of this changing consciousness. Make the most of it.
It seems that a lot more people are leaving the planet. Have you noticed this in your life or with those around you? I have also observed in my healing work that many more people are opening up to spirituality, especially men, and that should make women happier. We have been waiting for this for some time now

A Lightworker is someone who is here to serve humanity and the Earth in service to God. The Light is the energy of God, love and all that comes from God. It is an energy of Light, more powerful than anything man-made; it is the source of healing, truth, and creation. It is almost beyond words or our ability to comprehend. The role of a Lightworker is to serve the Light, anchor in the Light and to be the Light as a divine representative from the Realms of Light, from God. It is using the Light energy here in this dimension, in motion. It is our charge to shift this planet from the darkness back into the full-fold Light of God.
The most important thing for Lightworkers to focus upon now is to create and hold the vision of what you want for yourself and for the Earth as we shift out of the old third dimension to the fourth and higher. We are the visionaries. We came back from the future to change the present. We did not like the future we saw here on the Earth. It was a future of total enslavement, beyond our worst imagination. Those who controlled the planet split the time lines and free will was taken from us.
Ground Crew, you are the Lightworkers, the visionaries, the hands of Light from the Realms of Light. Get clear and create the vision of what you want for yourself and your planet. Open your hearts to the love of the divine and create your most beautiful dreams. See yourselves bringing forth wondrous gifts of healing, creating, loving, being. Let your minds wander into the realms of all possibilities to envision what you truly want for all of life on this magnificent planet.
What do you want for yourself? How would your relationships be? Where would you live? What would you be doing? Who would you be with? What would your body look like? What would your heart feel like? What would you wear? What would you eat? How would you serve others? How would you entertain your self? How would your children be raised and educated?
What would the Earth look like? Could you communicate with all of the plants, animals and minerals? What beauty would you see around you? Would the streams, lakes and rivers be clean? Would you be in harmony with all around you? How would the Earth be governed? Who would be on the governing councils? Would there be peace? Would you see the Masters walking here again? Would the planet be free from pollution? Would we have ET visitors?
Hold the vision, Ground Crew. It is our vision that will create our glorious new future so this is our job— to create the new you and the new Earth, just the way we want it. Make your vision your prayer, your mantra for the new age of God. See the planet and yourself filled with the Light. That is your job. This should be your focus. Let go of the separations and all that does not work for you and hold your vision. This is the best way to serve, to change the future now.

Greetings my children of the Light,
How I am with you these days in full force. You notice I am appearing in many new places. I am doing whatever I can to let people know of my presence and my assistance at this crucial time on your planet. I am always with you. My heart is connected to all of your hearts. It is the hearts that I tend to and to the hearts that I serve.
The heart is the vibrant chord of God. As your heart opens more it allows the greater resonance of the vibrations of the Heavenly Father to pour from you into all of life. The resonance contains all wisdom, knowledge and truth. It is an actual electrical pathway of Light and love that raises your consciousness and the consciousness of all around you.
Why are there so many heart attacks on your planet? These electrical currents are cut off from God when one closes their heart to God. You may think this is pure diet or lifestyle but it is not. It is the physical body trying to open to the gateway of God. When your heart is open you allow for the free flow of love and life directly from the Source of creation.
A closed heart is full of fear, worry and other negative emotions that block the flow of love and life. The physical body is simply a metaphor for your mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. It replicates what is going on with these other parts of you. When you have a heart attack it is a sign that your circuits are disrupted and the heart cannot do its work.
I can feel some of you getting wavy, a little overloaded with what I am telling you. Perhaps you would rather not hear these words, but they are truth and the truth is what I must tell. I bring this to you for your own good. As the caretaker of hearts I know your hearts very well. Many of you are ultra sensitive and have carried so much pain with you from one lifetime to the next that you feel you do not want to open your hearts to all of your emotions. The emotions are simply energy in motion. The stuck energy is what causes the illness and often it is the heart that suffers the most.
If you have a heart attack it could mean your body is sending a loud signal that it wants you to change. It wants you to intentionally open your heart, the doorway to your soul. It wants to be heard and it wants to show you the pathway to your soul. It is a divine activator, a voice unto itself. It speaks loudly and clearly when it wants to be heard.
Most of you do not need to manifest heart attacks to find the heart-felt in your lives. You can choose the pathway of the heart and become like a child again. Children’s hearts are open. They can see and feel your heart because they are aware of their own souls. They see with their inner eyes, which is the territory of the heart.
There is much healing necessary for the hearts of humanity. Wounds are moved from place to place, person to person, in relationship to one another and to the forces of Light. There has been a war against the heart and the surgical steel of a surgeon cannot repair it all, for it is a bigger problem than going into an operating room. What is required is the Great Force of Light, YOU, my blessed ones, being willing to tap into the Realms of Light, the Great Operating Room of Light, to create along with the hands of God. You are here to open your hearts and to touch the hearts of humanity.
How do you do this—with vision and intention and by doing it yourselves. Consciously go into your hearts. Ask for my assistance. See my prayerful Light-filled hands working with your heart and receive all that I am giving to you energetically. Send my prayerful hands to those in need. Send my prayerful hands to the planet. Feel my love, nurturing, healing and compassionate energy. This is what you need. Ask for your heart to open. Let yourself feel your feelings. Be in resonance with the Light. Let your heart beat to the Light and let the circuitry of your heart become reawakened to the Light.
When your heart is open you are a receptor for divine input, healing and co-creation with God. You are a part of the flow of life. Stand in this flow. Feel it moving through you. Become the flow. Free yourself from the fear of feeling. Feel yourself stepping back into the loving arms of the Heavenly Mother, Heavenly Father. Know that I am one with you, assisting you always. Call upon me for assistance, guidance, healing, nurturing, and compassion. Take up the flame of your I AM presence from the heart of God unto your heart and beat with the flow of life.
I am Mary, the keeper of your heart. Tend to your heart gently and wisely. Free it from all past encumbrances. I am here to assist and you will be seeing and feeling more of me in the days to come. Anchor your heart to the Earth and to the Realms of Light. Be one with all that is and know that you are going home.
