Dear Ground Crew:
Many of us are flat on our backs with the energies that are now bombarding the planet. The coronal flares from the sun can bring heavy headedness, fatigue, disorientation, malaise, heartburn (biological earthquake predictor, Charlotte King’s main symptom) and other symptoms that make one wonder how much longer they will have to endure. How are the energies affecting you?
These energies represent the increased frequencies and vibratory rates that correspond with increasing consciousness. The magnetic fields of the body are also affected as more Light is taken into the physical body. The dimensions are caving in on each other and nothing remains the same. Aren’t you glad to hear that?
Many of my clients are experiencing confusion. They are looking for answers, new direction, and understanding. It feels like these energies are overwhelming to them. It is time for new truth.
How do you take care of yourself during these times of great change? Drink much more water. Be in the now. Rest as you can. Face your resistance in meditation in order to understand yourself. Meditate more. Pray. Get more sleep. Let all of your emotions come up and feel them. Get the most out of what they are telling you so you can let go and receive the gifts. Take supplements like lecithin (Charlotte’s recommendation) and green products like spiralina, chlorophyll and eat as many greens as possible. (Plants ingest the Light better than we do and they can assist us in transmitting the Light into our bodies.). Watch your diet. Nourish yourself. Commune with the Earth. Expect this to continue so don’t over extend or stress yourself like you might have done in the past. It does not work.
The other evening when I was falling asleep I was communicating with Mother Earth. She brought me a beautiful message which I wish I had written down. What she told me about Earth changes is that she has spoken with the ocean, the trees, animals, plants, minerals, our Higher Selves and all of life. They are in cooperation with each other for the changes that are about to take place. Each one has a job to do and they are excited about doing their part to heal the planet. They speak to each other like the cells in our bodies talk to one another. When you get a cut the healing energies are sent to the cut with great love, care and focus. Each one knows what to do. This is how the Earth changes will occur with precision and conscious participation. The agreements have been made so please do not worry. Love and allow.
This message brought solace to me because I have been a worrier. I feel what is happening deeply beneath the Earth. I know we are about to experience big shifts in reality and a deep cleansing process. I hope you will concentrate on your communion with Mother Earth to receive your own messages that will propel you through the coming changes. We are one with all of life and with her. She wants us to remember our oneness with her and to receive back guidance and love. This is a healing process, Ground Crew, so please give it to yourselves.

Greetings, beloveds, I am Djwal Khul:
I am here in loving service to the Light that you are and that we are all a part of. Beloveds, this is a time of great change and the need for profound inner work. Soul searching is the word for it. You need to reclaim your divine right to be you. For so long you have forgotten your roots as you have remained chained to the world of illusion, the third dimension. This dimension is now folding in on itself as it widens and expands into the fourth and higher. You may experience this collapse as a shift in your thinking about the physical world, a strange feeling that you are no longer a part of it.
You may wake up in the morning wondering who you are and where you will end up. Nothing seems certain. Instability on the Earth plane is more the norm than ever before. You may feel impending disaster whether it is in your work, relationship, or the ground upon which you stand. You must stand up for something and someone and that is you. Stand up and become you—the real you that is an advanced Master, a being beyond this world, but here to bring forth special gifts of healing to this planet.
Yes, each one of you with your gifts no matter what they are helps the planet in a healing manner. Even though you may not consider yourself a healer, your talents and abilities are something the Earth needs. You facilitate the planet in her evolutionary journey.
Healing is also the name of the day. Your inner work is of paramount importance at this time. We have discussed this before yet we lay it open again. It is time to clear out old identities, fears, worries, and platforms of thinking, to put on a new face and to face the world differently. You can ’t take the old stuff into a higher dimension so things will continue to accelerate until you navigate your way out of them.
The truth of you, who you are and what you came here to do are the currents running through this inner work. What more important work can you do for the Light than to be yourself and to know yourself? This is the spiritual journey that leads to back to the oneness, to God.
This requires some heartfelt deepening and soul searching. You are searching for the whole of you, and looking for the parts that have splintered off in other directions. You are looking for the precious inner child that is perhaps wounded, scraped and bandaged from childhood. You are seeking to complete lifetimes of soul separation, and identity with those past scars.
Do you think you are those handicapped aspects of Self? Of course not, you are much greater than your wounds and foibles. You are YOU—GOD! You chose all of those experiences in order to learn and to heal and to come back home to the heart of God.
This is not a rescue operation. Each one has to find their pathway. You do this by going deeply into the heart and soul, finding the inner child (the messenger of the soul) and by working together to discover the necessary process for healing.
>From start to finish, you will glorify Self and find this precious inner connection that you have longed for since you came here. The soul is where you must focus. Remember, beloveds, you were made in God’s divine image.
If you could open up the soul like a lotus blossom you would find such beauty. You would see that the pain is not a part of the flower itself but is a pattern around the flower that can simply be cleared. It is energy and that is all it is. These energies have been learning tools to your advancement at this time. Now it is time for you to advance, to change the patterns to the higher frequencies that are coming forth to the Earth plane.
The soul knows no limits. It has no bounty, no end. It is all meaning and yet complete within. It is the structure of your existence and the only part of your existence that remains within the heart of God. The rest is ephemeral. It passes with each tomorrow and each thought.
Stuck thoughts and old beliefs prevent the flower from blossoming. Too often you have identified with the energy around the thoughts and not the flower itself. This is the essence of you. You simply are not your pain or anything else.
I choose to stress this point today in my teaching to further your quest for your development. This is a grand process, beloveds, filled with such cleansing that you will feel born anew. Refresh yourselves with the truth of your own essence. Put down the past and rekindle the awareness of the truth and totality of you.
As I look around you I see such beauty, such magnificence in your being. I see the Light of you. This crossroads that you now find yourselves in is temporary. You are the torchlights for shifting this entire civilization. You are the ones who are here to change it all. If you could only see who you are from where we watch you would be amazed at you. Those little sparks of earthly experience that have formed the fragmented parts of Self mean little in terms of your real work. It is who you are that matters.
In God’s eyes, you Lightworkers, are the cornerstone of the new Age of God on Earth. See yourselves at this link between Heaven and Earth. See the old stuff fall away with your inner work and let the developing Mastery surface to the unlimited heights.
Blessed are those who are pure in Spirit for they shall see God. It is pure spirit that shall come through a soul that chooses to cleanse itself. Stand up and be counted, beloveds. We need all of you to participate in this shift of consciousness. Take the hands of your beloved brothers and sisters of Light. Join together in this common mission of Light. It is time. The resurrection is at hand.
As you walk many pathways to get where you are, you will see there is a need for togetherness amongst the Lightworkers on the planet. You have come from different belief systems yet there is only one primary desire and that is to free the planet. You have come to take back your planet in love and Light. You are diligently doing this work but please begin to frame this mission in unity, not separation. As you release your own separation you make way for the unity with your own divine Self. Then you can begin to see the Light each other brings, and let it shine in the true glory of God.
Peace, pleasure and abundance are coming, beloveds. Find it first within yourself and take it out into the world. Bring forth unity. Unity is divine.
