Message from Valerie Donner - February 15, 2003

Dear Ground Crew:

Dear Lightworkers, it is time to own your name-The Ground Crew. We came from the future (as much as 40,000 years ahead) to change this present time on Earth. You see, in the future the Earth was enslaved and imprisoned. We decided this was not the direction we wanted our beloved Earth to take so we opted to come back again to change this very time in which we now live. Isn't this exciting?

After 911 in the U.S. some of our constitutional rights were taken away. There was "the first Patriot Act that was passed by the House on October 27, 2001 that was universally decried by civil libertarians and constitutional scholars from across the political spectrum.  . . . No member of Congress was allowed to see this act before its passage, and no debate was tolerated by the House and Senate leadership."

"On February 7, 2003 the Center for Public Integrity, a non-partisan think-tank in Washington, D.C. revealed the full text of the Domestic Security Enhancement Act of 2003. The classified document had been leaked to them by an unnamed source inside the federal government. The document consisted of a 33-page section-by-section analysis of the accompanying 87-page bill."

"The bill itself is stamped 'confidential not for distribution' and according to Alex Jones (http://www.infowars.com) 'I was stunned by the scientifically crafted tyranny contained in the legislation'. . . .The second Patriot act is a mirror image of powers that Julius Caesar and Adolpf Hitler gave  themselves. Whereas the First Patriot Act only gutted the First, Third, Fourth and Fifth Amendments, and seriously damaged the Seventh and the Tenth, the Second Patriot Act reorganizes the entire Federal government as well as many areas of state government under the dictatorial control of the justice Department, the Office of Homeland Security and the FEMA NORTHCOM military command. The Domestic Security  Enhancement Act 2003, also known as the Second Patriot Act is by its very structure the definition of dictatorship."

Wake up every one! Wake up Ground Crew! Wake up humanity! This is the time of awakening. This is the time when people must take back their power or else we will enable the worst manner of enslavement and control on a planet that you could ever imagine. It is time to wake 'em and shake 'em. Pay attention to what is happening. Make your awakening your most important task. We need every one of you to take your power back.

By empowering yourselves, I mean do what makes you feel good about your self. If something is happening that you do not feel good about change it. You can start with the smallest choice every day. Each time you make a shift and feel better about your self you step out of victim consciousness into choice. You empower your self.

As Lightworkers we did not come here to go through a nuclear war, biochemical or biological attack. We came here to anchor in the Light, to be compassionate and loving and to create peace within. We came here to serve humanity in the ascension process. We came here to succeed in our mission and we will succeed. We will be victorious.

I pray that humanity does not need a nuclear war to awaken from its slumber. Please remember there is a divine plan. Free will has gone to the furthest extremes on this planet but God will not let the Earth be destroyed.

Know that you might need to make some plans in case of emergency. Have some food , water, perhaps a short wave radio, medical supplies, whatever you feel guided to keep on hand. Do not buy into fear.

Sensitive to World Energies

If you notice your energy or moods fluctuating, it might be that you're absorbing world energies related to fear. Highly sensitive people, especially children, are affected by others' energies. And with dramatically fearful headlines in the news, some people are feeling afraid - and this fear is affecting those who are sensitive to energy.

This is one reason why our guardian angels are urging us to exercise frequently. They say, "Exercise transmutes lower energies concerning stress, into higher vibrational frequencies of love, joy, and appreciation. Your higher spiritual frequency is also a protective agent, which bounces away lower thoughts, actions, and stress from you and your experiences."

Daily cardiovascular or aerobic exercise keeps your outlook, energy, and spiritual frequency at a high level. If you find yourself veering into fearful thoughts, call on your angels to re-center yourself back to loving thoughts. And it's very helpful to visualize white light and angels surrounding yourself, your home, your community, and the world.

Many of the headlines are specifically drafted by agencies who want to engender fear, thereby justifying taking aggressive actions of war. If you read or hear fearful news, go within and ask yourself whether the news warning feels like it's based in truth or not. Your angels and intuition will loudly and clearly tell you if you need to take action to protect yourself and your loved ones. When angels warn us, they do so loudly, clearly, and repeatedly. If you don't hear these warnings, then you're not in danger.

There are also strong positive energies surrounding us all, right now. Thank you for your contribution of prayers on February 9. The experience of feeling all of the prayers was powerfully palpable. We had a wonderful group at our Sacramento prayer meeting, who sat in a large circle on the lawn in front of the capitol building. Waves of loving energy permeated us. I was told that our human prayers were joined with the energies of interdimensional beings, and also the angelic and elemental realms, along with the whales and dolphins. The prayer energies are still circling the globe, and are protecting all of us from lower energies. Many of you continue to pray, and we are very grateful for you doing so!

Greetings:

We are with you today in the splendor of the moment. We call this moment to your attention to enable you to see where to place the emphasis-on the moment. When you do this you call to yourselves the splendor of life and all that life gives to you.

We call you to harken at what we have to say at this moment in Earth's history. It is a time to pay close attention to the world around you. As we see it your planet is about to enter into a time of fragmentation and shambles. What you have known to be solid and stable may crumble beneath you. In fact, you may find yourselves doing quite a dance. We urge you to stay on top of things and keep your feet ready for a fast shuffle.

If you are attached to what you have always known as comfort and convenience you may be in for some surprises. This is not to say that the challenges ahead will be insurmountable for they will not be to those who have faith. For others who have not looked in this direction before they will need to find it fast or they will dig more deeply into the trenches.

Whatever you are entrenched in may change in the bat of an eye. You may find yourself wondering what to do yet when you turn the corner the answer will be there. Some of you will be pleased to step into the new and uncertain. Others will try to hang on to what they had and believed was permanent only to find themselves in utter distress.

Your governments are about to fall apart and this is as it should be for they have not been serving the people. They will be crumbling at the feet of their people. Truth is arriving fast. Some governments are beginning to see the handwriting on the wall but others are in arrogance to a grand degree. The lot behind them is backing themselves into a corner. They are about to make a leap for it and their ground too is unsteady. They have always believed they have had the safety cushion of the upper hand but the Hand that touches them will be one with a certain Force like that of the Almighty. It is powerful.

Much of humanity knows that war is not the answer. This planet is ready for a shift. If some have to swallow a few missiles it will make a deep impression. We will work with those who are ready to pick up the pieces. We work fast and our work has divine impact. You know to whom we report, don't you?

It may be necessary for you to endure some unpleasant next phases of Earth's evolution. You understand that life as you have known it cannot continue on its trajectory for it impacts all of life. Earth's evolution is important to us and that is why you have our complete attention.

Stick to your divine intentions for the Earth and that will assist us. Hanging on to your old ways will not serve anyone. We implore you to be flexible and creative in the days to come. Use what tools you have to survive and others will appear. Every bit of faith and resolve will be used to its best advantage. You will need to muscle up your spiritual strength as the events of the world turn.

We will not be held hostage by any threats that have been delivered to us and we do this with impunity. We say this to those who refuse to hear what we have to say and who would destroy this world. We have said it again and again that they will be stopped. This is truth. The Earth will not be destroyed.

Keep your hearts in Heavenly peace and your eyes in the skies. If your eyes are blinded by what you see go back to your heart. We are guided by truth and the Heart of God. Stick with us and you will see the Light of a new day and a new Earth.

Other Insights

My friend Kenji Kumara sent me an insight he had the other day and I want to share it with you too: "I had an insight I received today as I was contemplating the fact that we may have a nuclear world war soon and that America will be attacked. Remember, if you are operating in the 4th-5th dimensional consciousness and understanding and unconditional love, then you will experience these events from a detached, neutral -if you will, non-attached, compassionate place within your heart and consciousness.  It is like being a Buddha-Christ-Divine Mother living on this planet and 'witnessing' the illusionary drama being played out in its entirety.  You will not be affected by fear, disbelief, doubt and anger.  Like you have one foot in heaven and the other one within the earth and having a grand view of things.  And so we hold the universal space of compassion, love, gratitude, blessings, thankfulness and joy as those asleep wake up.  It will be like a thunderbolt piercing the heart center and moving it to open to more of what really IS."

In my own life I have been spending a lot of time in prayer and meditation shifting my own fears and concerns. I am connecting deeply with God. In so doing I am reminded of a time in my life when I was going through a challenging crisis. I was walking down the street in San Francisco on my way to work when I heard a voice say to me loudly in my head, "If you loved God more you wouldn't be so afraid!"

This is the key for us to transcend our fears, to trust ourselves and to trust God. Know that our loved ones and we will be exactly where we need to be and that the Angels are with all of us. If you need more angelic assistance or if you want to talk with God or the Masters, do it. Pray for what you want to see the Earth like when whatever challenges we must transcend are over. What do you want the Earth to look like, feel like, and be like? Can you feel the stillness and love of our new Earth that we are creating in our hearts?

One of my clients who is still young but quite immobilized and unable to talk from multiple strokes sent out an inspiring e-mail: . . "I don't know what I'm learning except for the very first time to depend completely on God. One of the first mornings after my first Stroke, I heard, 'You relied on yourself for everything, NOW-you will rely on me.' Now I was stressed. So every morning I get up and pray that God help me make it through the day. Help me make the right decisions.  I found out there is a difference between reading and talking about relying on God and doing it. How you do it is-you simply do it. This is my lesson-to simply depend and trust God for everything. God is blessing me in so many ways, first with good friends and a loving family, and caring and concerned Helpers.  I guess it works if you get the first step right."

I can feel that humanity is awakening. Jimmy Twyman's prayers with hundreds of thousands of people praying for peace are proving scientifically to be successful. As Lightworkers we need to understand that our inner work has exponential power. When we heal something, pray, send love and Light, due to our consciousness we affect millions of others in their consciousness. This is a big part of our work, ground crew, to transmute our own consciousness and thereby affect the masses. Every thought and word that we think or speak is powerful. We must be responsible for those words, own the power behind them and use them as Light rays of truth.

How to Make the Best of Every Day

Like most of you,  I feel different emotions as the war potential appears to escalate. Sometimes I feel overwhelmed, sad, angry, depressed, concerned or fearful. I have begun looking for ways to make the best of every day and to know that no matter what I am committed to staying on the Earth to fulfill my mission. Here are some suggestions for rising above the tide of war, things you can do to take care of your self and to stay in peace:

1. Read inspiring, interesting and uplifting books.
2. Be with fun people.
3. Create and work on special projects.
4. View funny movies and laugh as much as possible every day.
5. Treat yourself to a nice meal.
6. Call or write old friends.
7. Tell everyone you love how important they are to you.
8. Play with animals or children.
9. Listen to lovely music.
10. Focus on all of the beauty of life and create more of it.
11. Keep live flowers on the table.
12. Stay in the now moment; do not project into the future.
13. Breathe deeply and relax.
14. Meditate and pray.
15. Write letters to political leaders about your feelings regarding what is happening.
16. See through the illusion and know that all is well.
17. Connect with Mother Earth through your heart and communicate with her.
18. Take long baths with essential oils, bath crystals, bubble bath, etc.
19. Pamper and nurture yourself.
20. Stay away from long bouts of watching TV or listening to upsetting news reports.
21. Go out in nature.
22. Take extra special care of your body by doing cleanses, taking extra supplements, taking naps, getting more exercise, juicing, eating more nutritionally.
23. Ask questions about what is going on, read between the lines, and find your own truth. Share it with others when given the opportunity.
24. Participate in peace walks or e-mail campaigns that feel right to you.
25. Ask for greater assistance from your Angels, guides, and Masters.
26. Go through your closets and get rid of what is no longer serving you.
27. Connect with your neighbors and friends to create a plan in case of emergency.
28. Make a list of things you want to have on hand and get them.
29. Follow your heart at all times to do what makes you feel best Make every choice about your life one that feels right to you. Always check with your guidance. Don't do things at your own expense.
30. Choose to live in love not fear. Create peace, compassion and love within and hold that energy in your heart.
31. Be an example of the living Christed one who is here to walk as a great loving Master on beloved Mother Earth.
32. You can add to this list. Follow it frequently and I believe this will help you make it through the coming times.

Remember that even in the darkest hour miracles can happen. Hold fast for miracles, dear ground crew. Be the miracles and create the miracles. God is with us in all ways in all of our days. We are deeply loved and appreciated.
