Straight From The Heart

January 13, 2004

Dear Ground Crew:

Happy New Year! Can you believe how quickly this month has flown? I cannot seem to keep track of the days. This is the fastest year ever with much happening. Is this true for you?

Again, we continue to get called to do our inner work. When things are crazy on the outside there is little choice but to go within. What I observe with students in my classes is rapid spiritual growth. They are having openings to the higher realms and beginning to feel the nurturing and comfort that we receive from the Light Realms.

There are numerous predictions for this coming year. Change is for certain. Many of the predictions are ones of challenge. From most indications we will be on the move and so will be the Earth herself. It is important to remain in the now moment and to focus on the tasks at hand.

Are you being stretched? It is time to walk through your resistance and fear so that you can do more of your work in the world. It is needed. I read a quote from another channel Quado that said, “The best antidote for fear is action.” This is the time for action. We have spent enough time reacting, don’t you think? Pro-acting is positive, fruitful and fulfilling.

What plans and goals are you making for fulfilling your pathway this year? I hope they are ones of expansion. Contraction still keeps you in fear. I hope you use your empowerment to create positive change out of challenging situations.

I have next-door neighbors who live a discordant life. Their relationship is fraught with fighting and drama. My goal is to live in peace. On Christmas Eve. after one of them had called the police for protection she came to me for some counseling and healing. I did what I could to help. A few days later I heard noise again. The energy was intense. This time I not only called the police but I called from the depths of my I AM Presence to the Masters and Archangel Michael saying “Enough, Enough, Enough! Enough of this fighting. I choose peace.” Since that time of my own empowered choice things have improved.

This is an example of how we can call from the depths of our souls to create peace wherever we live. Our role is to create peace within and to spread that peace into our neighborhoods and the rest of the world.

In the coming times of change you may find others coming to you for assistance. People can feel your energy and sense where there might be some healing, peace, safety and wisdom. You will see what I mean. You will know what to do as the situations arise.

Follow up on Lynn Grabhorn

In my December 12, 2003 update I listed Lynn Grabhorn’s six statements that will clear any dark interference with your guidance and pathway. Thanks to ground crew member, Angel-Light, we have received three more statements that Lynn wrote after publishing her book “Dear God, What’s Happening to Us”. They are as follows:

7. From the Light of God that I am, I call forth, beginning immediately, that there shall be no negative energies downloaded into my body from any source, and that any energies run through my body from this moment be only of 100% Pure Light.

8. From the Light of God that I am, I call forth that all incoming energies onto this planet that are not of 100% Pure Light be completely and immediately dissipated and removed from this planet, and never be allowed to encroach upon this planet again.

9. From the Light of God that I am, I ask that those who walk me with arrange for the healing of my body to begin immediately until full healing has been restored. I also ask that the same take place for my children (and grandchildren) and my pets.

A Message From The Master Djwal Khul Through Valerie Donner

Greetings beloveds, I am Djwal Khul.

Today I want to discuss sacrifice. This word has powerful implications yet what I want to impress upon you is the need to create some sacrifices on your spiritual journey. For example, how much time do you commit daily to your spiritual pathway? Do you tune in to Spirit with meditation? Do your read spiritual books? How aware of your thoughts are you? Do you take time to listen to others? What do you do for self-improvement? Do you listen to tapes or CD’s with uplifting music or inspirational messages? Do you attend classes or teach classes? Do you care for your physical body? Do you ask for assistance when you need it? Do you introspect? Do you reach out to others when they need help? Are you following more of your spiritual pathway?

The spiritual pathway requires some sacrifice, beloveds. It may mean the loss of a few extra minutes of sleep in the morning so that you can start your day in meditation. It takes discipline and the rewards are great. You might need to turn off the television set. Distractions are abundant on your planet. There are plenty of reasons and excuses that you can make not to ardently follow your spiritual path. What are you running from? Are you afraid of knowing your self?

You walk a fine line now between the third and fourth dimensions. The third dimension is one that requires the utilization of the five physical senses. You always need to do something. Yet the fourth dimensions and higher create the ability to experience heightened sensations that the physical dimension does not provide.

Are you satisfied with your life as it is? If not, regular doses of meditation, contemplation and uplifting experiences that you give to your self will be rewarding. If you think you are punishing yourself by committing to your spiritual pathway you are wrong. You are giving and receiving the most precious time and energy to this pathway.

Why is it that most of humanity does not like to sacrifice anything that will require them to leave their comforts and distractions? I know I am not speaking to the greater part of humanity in this writing. I am talking with some of the most conscious Lightworkers on Earth. Yes, you are more conscious, beloveds, and even you resist following the necessary steps to fulfill your pathway.

I am simply talking about a necessity. There is nothing wrong with you or what you are doing. However, isn’t it time to accelerate your inner work since the outer realms are demanding? In fact, they are becoming less and less satisfying, wouldn’t you say?

Sacrifice brings powerful rewards. Your time and energy in meditation are well spent. They nurture you, the Earth, your community and humanity. Somebody has got to do the job beloveds. You are the ones who signed up for this mission. Aren’t you here to shift the consciousness on the planet and to uplift your own? Aren’t you here to serve the Earth as loving and caring beings by setting the example for the others who are asleep?

I ask you, beloveds, not to fall asleep. We need you to be bright eyed and awake. We want you to be able to work with us as partners in the glorious ascension process in which you now find yourselves. If you make new choices that continue to elevate your consciousness you will find life changing around you. It starts inwardly and then flows into the outer world.

You might say this is a wake up call. This year portends powerful changes in both the inner and outer world. If you are not doing your inner work how will you benefit the most by your opportunity to elevate your consciousness? How will you proceed in your next step in your spiritual journey? How will you be open to your spiritual guidance if you choose not to listen?

This is a year when Lightworkers are most needed. You also need to reach out to each other, to help a brother and sister along the way. I hope you will reach out to the Light Realms for we are as real as your earthly incarnated sisters and brothers. We all have the same role except you chose to take on the physical body this time.

What does meditation do for you? It re-energizes every cell in your body? It makes you more self-aware. It creates openings in your heart and soul so that you can bring forth more of your work. When you work you receive money and exchange money for material things. When you do your spiritual work you exchange energy with us. It is free. It does more for you than any material item.

Sacrifice is about choice. It requires commitment and consistency. It means that you may have to spend time doing something worthwhile on your pathway and perhaps not wasting your time.

I believe you can already feel the pace at which the Earth is going in this New Year. You have less and less time to waste. Use it well. Make some goals and follow through with them on your spiritual pathway. I ask you, “Can you spare some time?”

You are not beggars on the spiritual path, beloveds. You are powerful infusers of Light. Your love alone registers the trademark of ascension on the planet. You have important responsibilities to fulfill, contracts to keep and lessons to complete. Your missions are possible and they require your undivided attention. This requires that you listen to your guidance. How can you accomplish your goals if you choose not to listen?

Time is running short. What do you need to do to open your pathway to more of Spirit?

What sacrifices are you willing to make? A sacrifice is not really a sacrifice if what you are doing is of value to you. I hope you realize this truth. There is no such thing as a real sacrifice if you choose to follow what is most important to you.

We will assist you at every turn. We honor and acknowledge you for all that you have achieved this far. Know you are in the final stretch. It won’t seem like a stretch at all if you know in the depths of your heart and soul what is most important to you. We need the world servers—you—to carry the spiritual torch of freedom. Please join with us now in even greater commitment to sprint along to the finish line.

The Torch of Freedom

The torch of freedom
Is big and bold.
It is a sign
There is something to behold.

Standing in the Light Mother Earth’s essence
Knows she wants a peaceful presence.
Here at home
And Galaxy wide
The torch of freedom
Is taking its stride.

There are Angels, and Masters
Lightworkers abound,
On Mother Earth as she goes around,
Hailing freedom,
Carrying the torch,
So that only the dimmest Lights
May be in remorse.
For the torch of freedom
Is a lot to bear.
Mother Earth’s freedom
Frees us everywhere.

Remember each moment,
Each thought and dream counts.
This is priceless
As the excitement mounts.

The torch of freedom will be seen
Far and wide.
You must open your eyes.
You can no longer hide.
If you want freedom
Take your turn.
Turn up your Light
For the torch of freedom to burn.

In Conclusion

Wow, I got some energy from writing this poem! I want to keep reciting it until it makes an impact. I feel more passionate about what we are doing as Lightworkers. I hope you feel some of this energy too.

We received a boost from Djwal Khul. The energies of change are spiriting us forward. We will not stop. Hopefully we will masterfully move through these energies using some of our time for spiritual endeavors. I feel that the Light Realms are in hot pursuit of us.

They remind us again and again of how loved we are and how important we are to the divine plan.
