Straight From The Heart

Dear Ground Crew:

Today is the last day of the first month of 2006. Where did the month go? We continue to find time is speeding up. Eventually we will find time will be simply the ever-present NOW. There won’t be any past or future, just the present moment. The more you can find that place the greater the time you will have with your ascension process. The higher dimensions of 4th and 5th are timeless. Does it ever feel that way to you? If so, you are spending time in the higher dimensions.

The third dimension is fraught with increasing challenges. On a personal level you might be experiencing physical issues. Do you ever find yourself off balance like you would feel while riding on a boat? Ringing ears, digestive disturbances, forgetfulness, neck or shoulder pain and increased sensitivity are part of these symptoms. You might need more sleep. Maybe you are called to meditate more to connect with the Light Realms where you find peace and joy. Some are still feeling intense emotions. I think this will continue, as we work through our personal zero points. It could also be a result of the astounding new levels of awareness some are experiencing. Have you noticed how you can see the truth, read between the lines when someone is lying or trying to get away with something? Because our heart chakras are calibrating to higher octaves of Light, love and truth, anything that seems off the mark can make you feel uncomfortable. You might even find yourself unable to contain what you are feeling. The means there is little room for holding back.

The past few days have seemed somewhat quiet, like it is time to go within. The energies are supporting this process. What have you been feeling? Are you looking at your life or do you just need a rest from the world? Since there is so much happening on the Earth I think we need to step back and find some time to integrate all of the changes.

The Earth has been giving us some remarkable messages. In Europe and Japan they have had huge record-breaking snowstorms. In Alaska one town was inundated with the snow version of a tsunami. There have been several large earthquakes (in the 7’s) in Indonesia again. Thankfully, the tsunamis didn’t occur this time and there was little report of damage. We have melting glaciers, volcanoes, floods, and droughts. Phoenix, Arizona has gone over 130 days without a drop of rain. Story after story appear as the Earth continues to cleanse her self. Hopefully, she is awakening people to her power and glory. Even in the San Francisco bay area we had flooding during four days over New Year’s weekend. My little neighborhood had flooding. Mt. Shasta got about 21 inches of rain over that period.

Have you taken time to reflect on what your intentions are for 2006? What do you want? Are you ready to get unstuck and become the greatest co-creation with The Creator that you can possibly be? What do you want for the Earth and her inhabitants? What do you want for the children and the animals?

These are some things I want to see occur: freedom, peace, abundance, fun, laughter, play, joy, truth, Light, community, healthy environment, people doing what they came here to do in their higher purpose, kindness, love, healthy relationships, honesty in business and governments, higher consciousness, service, caring, sharing, harmony, healing, creativity, no more homelessness, freedom from fear and control, new forms of energy, respect for all of life, consideration and generosity.

Even though these desires might seem Pollyannaish I believe our intentions will pave the way for the higher dimensions. If you add to this list for yourself focus on what you want for the planet you will be paving the way for the 4th and 5th dimensions. It is easy to get caught up in what is wrong and needs changing. If you remember how powerful you are and how important your thoughts are (Where your thoughts go your energy goes.) you will be serving in a positive way. You will be on the way towards your own enlightenment and that of your planet.

There are many positive steps we can take to fulfill our roles as Lightworkers. These are some suggestions:

  1. Meditate daily.
  2. Gather in spiritual groups whether in person or over the Internet.
  3. Through deep meditation tap into the higher energies. If you learn to channel you can find your communication with the Higher Realms brings joyful satisfaction to your soul. Start your day this way and see what it brings.
  4. Be aware of what is happening where you live and around the world but do not get caught up in the illusion or drama.
  5. Limit the amount of time you spend watching TV or participating in other forms of media. (Do you want the top 100 corporations on the planet who pay for all of the television advertising impacting your consciousness?)
  6. Create fun and play.
  7. Spend time in nature.
  8. Give your self silent time to reflect.
  9. Know that there is a divine plan. Trust the divine plan.
  10. Take excellent care of your body, mind, heart and soul.
  11. Read spiritual books and listen to uplifting spiritual materials.
  12. Work with the Earth. He discusses why he believes the catastrophic earth changes are no longer a necessary part of the shift.

Like many of you, I send love, Light and healing energies to the Earth every day. There are certain places where I place my emphasis. Some of these places I intuit need these energies and others come from suggestions from Archangel Gabriel or other channels.

Some particular areas of focus (I always include the entire planet first) are: the southern U.S. (I name particular states.), the eastern U.S., the oceans, the Canary Islands, The Indian Ocean, Asia (particular countries like Pakistan, India, Afghanistan), Toba (a huge super volcano), Canada, Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Northern California, Cascadia (This is a shelf like the one where we had the big tsunami in the end of 2004. It was active about 300 years ago and brought about much damage to the north west coastal areas of the U.S.), all of California (due to many faults), Mexico, the Middle East, China, Russia, Japan, Africa, etc.

I like Russell Boulding’s suggested invocation prior to sending energies to the Earth:

“I ask that the energies, channeled, processed and released during this session serve the highest good of Mother Earth and all Living Beings on the planet, through modifying the location, timing and intensity of geophysical and other stress relief so as to minimize harm to Mother Earth and all her inhabitants.”

 

A Channeling From Mira From The Pleiadian High Council

Greetings, I am Mira:

I come to speak to you today about some of the events that have been unfolding and to provide a Pleiadian perspective that you might find of assistance. I know you are trying to make sense of what has been occurring on your planet for much has transpired. You see it as interesting, surprising and frightening. You feel overwhelmed sometimes.

We look at these situations and will give an overview about why it is necessary. We are in contact with your Earth constantly. We do not miss a beat of her heart or single drop of rain. We measure and monitor the progress that is being made on many levels. Inside of the Earth and in her heart the Earth is preparing for greater changes. She is doing this with the assistance of the realms of Light, the elementals, devas, nature spirits, humans, inner Earth beings, and from beings who come from an array of other galaxies and places far from the Earth. She is a very beloved soul by your Creator and Creation itself.

This assemblage of assistance is a phenomenal occurrence. It shows the importance of the process of ascension that the Earth is progressing towards. It reveals the impact of every event that occurs as part of the whole with far reaching ramifications. This also conveys why your roles are vastly important. That is why I speak to you. Your thoughts, actions and consciousness are requisites for what the Earth is experiencing. It is not that she needs your permission, because she does not, she needs your support and allowance, which is also transferred back to you for your own ascension process.

The Earth needs your love and your Light. She wants you to communicate with her. She is always communicating with you. If you feel edgy it could be that is what she is feeling. If your body wavers and is off balance, it might mean the Earth is also wavering. Some of you are most sensitive to the Earth so that her aches and pains can also become some of yours. You are tied together energetically and spiritually. There is no separation between you.

There are times when the Earth needs our help more than others. This is a complex process that she is going through. Our scientists could give you an explanation far beyond what I am telling you. Let me say that each change with the Earth requires a balancing. What happens in one place affects every place. This is particularly true with the Earth’s axis and the wobble of this axis. You are in the polar shift mode and this means that stability must be maintained.

We help maintain this stability with our instrumentation and technology. When your Earth nudges in one direction we do whatever we can to facilitate the movement. We work with many beings to accommodate these changes. It can seem to you that you are being put out and indeed some of you have already experienced this. We want you to know it is the Earth’s intention that as many of you as possible flow through the changes with the least amount of disruption as possible. Some is necessary though for some of you live in strategic places. If you will listen we will give you ample notice about where to be that will be in your best interests. If you listen to your inner guidance this will be the most logical way that the Earth and your guides will be able to assist you. Pay attention!

During the Earth’s times of flux, of in breaths and out breaths, she will be making some large movements on the surface. Some of these will be with water, large gushes of water. Some will be with the earth and you know what that means. Much that has been placed on the surface of the Earth like concrete and chemicals has been painful for the Earth. She has endured this and it has upset her balance. Her balance is akin to your own body’s balance. When out of balance one needs to do things to correct the imbalance. Your Earth is in the process and she has every right to do this even if is creates some inconvenience to her inhabitants.

With the air in the form of winds the Earth has been clearing energy. There have already been places around the Earth where high winds have been at work. When this happens it means that you must protect your self and move out of the way. Most of the time you have warnings prior to these events.

Oil has been in heated discussion on your planet. It has a precious value to those who own it but little do they remember to whom it really belongs—to the Earth. All of you have been allowed to use this blood of the Earth with unlimited usage. This is changing and will continue to change. The Earth will also make her own interventions with the oil. It is just a matter of time when this happens. You will need to make use of alternatives for your energy. There are people on the planet who have the technology to do this. In more enlightened frequencies where higher beings reside they use a free and refined form of energy that will become part of your new transportation.

We in the Pleiades assist other planets with their ascension process. This process with the Earth’s ascensions is a big one for all involved. It is complex and is the cornerstone of ascensions throughout creation. We will not let you down. We will be with you every step of the way. That is why I say every thought you make matters, every choice is important, and every act of love contributes to the overall well-being of the planet. We know what you think of the beings that have contributed to the darkness on the Earth. Please step aside and focus on what is good and true for you. Do not give more energy to the shadows.

In Conclusion

 

We are powerful, ground crew. Where we send our love and Light matters. I also like to send these positive energies to our political leaders. Many of you do the same. As we grow together in our unification process to serve the Earth’s ascension we will use our powerful strength and energies to uplift the Earth. That is our job. We are the ground crew, the angels on the Earth here to serve humanity, the Earth and all of life.
