Dear Ground Crew:

Here we are again as ground crew, doing the best with can to hold a steady reel as we move through the numerous changes in which we find ourselves. So how are we? As I write this update, I am reflecting back about 10 years ago when I first started this website. At that time we thought that we were ready for our ascension and that we were close to the earth changes, mass landings, etc. but not so. Right now I would say we are in the intense period that many of us believed we were in at that time.

All one has to do is review what our Earth has been doing lately to see that she has accelerated her cleansing. Not only did we recently have the catastrophic fires in southern California but we are still rattling here in northern California from many earthquakes. The biggest one was 5.6. That was quite something. When it happened I was with a client and had just made a powerful statement to her about something and then it started. It was a rolling quake and was one of the biggest ones in many years.

If you expand your vantage point you will see that there is massive flooding right now in Mexico, the eruption of Krakatau in Jakarta, a super volcano in Indonesia, and the activation of the ring of fire, millions of people being evacuated in China, India, from flooding, tornados where they never existed, a typhoon in China and it goes on and on.

The earth changes are accelerating and we better realize that they could happen in our own back yard.

We cannot remain in denial any longer. This is the time when we as Lightworkers need to step in to be of service. Whether we increase our prayers and meditations or volunteer in other ways, we need to be heads up for opportunities to serve. As the Earth continues to cleanse, people will be coming to us for answers. They will feel and see our Light as we move as peacefully as we can through the center of the storm. We know who is in charge—right? It is our Creator and if we stay focused we will maneuver through these changes with ease and grace.

Nothing is going to be the same. I have said before that we must be flexible, creative and resourceful. We need to be out of denial that the Earth is changing and we may have to step out of the way. We cannot afford to be in denial. We cannot ignore our inner guidance. If we get the message to relocate we need to pay attention. We need to muster up every bit of faith possible to know that we are being divinely guided and divinely protected.

Some of my Lightworker friends and I discuss the potential for a large earthquake in northern California. We don’t like to think of moving yet this may be necessary. We don’t know where we would go but we believe that we will be guided. What is challenging to process is the possibility of letting go of the lives we are living now with our plans, families, friends, work, homes, and everything that currently works for us.

I love the saying that “Man proposes and God disposes.” I also like the saying that “If you want to make God laugh tell him your plans.” These are some of the thoughts that are going through my mind lately.

Isn’t this all about feeling the energy? Isn’t it about being aware of your surroundings, how they feel, what is happening where you are living now? Perhaps if you are someone living in San Diego who recently lost a house or job, you might be asking your self about your next move. Could this be a sign that you might want to consider re-locating away from a potentially dangerous area? Could it be that there will be even more devastation there with mudslides, other fires, or earthquakes?

It is all about paying attention. If you are uncomfortable in a certain situation, whether it is work, home, health, relationship, etc. you might want to assess what the universe is trying to tell you. Most humans don’t like change. We want to think that we can have our cushy little nests forever yet the Earth and our Creator might have something else in store for us.

We have talked about getting what I like to call “the celestial splinter” which means that we get warnings that perhaps change might be necessary. If we heed not we could get the “celestial two by four”—that loss of job, health, home, relationship, or financial situation. After my experience with both of these types of situations, I think it is better to acknowledge the splinter before it becomes a huge piece of wood and you get whacked.

There is also political unrest in places like Pakistan where the country is under martial law currently. Does this mean that people are determined to take their power back? How will this get resolved?

You might be feeling somewhat overwhelmed at the current moment when you think about these recent events. Yet there is a Light and a bright Light in the heavens that is moving our way. Some of my friends and I have seen the bright Light in the eastern sky—the Holmes Comet that is surprising even the astronomers with how quickly it has changed size and brightness. Could this be the White Star in the East that portends the “second coming”?

This is exciting, dear Lightworkers. About 10 years ago a man in his 70’s who lived in New Jersey sent me his “favorite book.” It is called “The White Star of the East” and is channeled messages from Sananda (also known as Jesus) from Sister Thedra. She lived in Mt. Shasta and also channeled Sanat Kumara. My friend from New Jersey told me that he did not know why he was sending me his favorite book with all of his notes written inside but he did. I called him about a month later to thank him and his wife answered the phone telling me that Jules had just passed away.

Sister Thedra began channeling the messages in this book in 1989. I believe they apply to what is happening right now. “For this do I speak as one with my source. There shall appear in the east, a light of such as man hast not seen. This shall cause great concern among the men of science, the superstitious, and these shall have great fear and some shall take their life, for their ignorance of this shall be as their own destruction.”

“This we would have them know, that there is nothing to fear. It is the ‘Star of Deliverance, sent of the ‘Father’.”

“By the time of this lights appearance, ye of this knowledge shall be as one prepared to go forth as mine emissary unto them which are of a mind to follow this ‘White Star.’ These shall be as the ones to learn of the lighted ones which are ready to receive them.”

“. . . Now it is called or referred to by some as the ‘lift off.’ This is the time for the ones which have the will to listen, learn, and a will to be lifted into another dimension of time and space.”

A Message From Mira From the Pleiadian High Council

Greetings,

Greetings, I am Mira. We in the Pleiadian High Council watch over the Earth. At this time we have some things to say to you that are of importance. We welcome your attention and input.

We provide consolation to you and the Earth for we see and know what changes you are experiencing. It is part of what we do and we are assisting as we can. We cannot prevent earth changes but we can be supportive to you. We work in unseen ways to help correct situations as we can. We provide help with the atmosphere and other things, along with helping to shine Light in dark places. This you must know.

We stand at the ready if something so disproportionate to your abilities to cope with it occurs. Some of these potential occurrences are unpredictable so that you might need to move on a moment’s notice. The Earth is doing the best that she can but she still needs balancing, correcting, support and adjustment. We work with her constantly to be of service.

The Earth’s situation weighs heavily in our hearts. We love the Earth and we love you. You will be having further disruptions to your normal life patterns. This will make you think that your lives may be a bit precarious but we assure you that you will find your way through. There is a focal point of consciousness that you will be encouraged to follow. It is not the path of fear. It is the path of certainty and grounding. It is about being at the right place and the right time. Know that you will do this if you pay attention to your surroundings.

When it is time for you to leave a certain place you will find yourselves propelled forward. It may feel like you were lifted up to a safer ground. All of the territory on the Earth is going through this so you must learn also to balance, adapt and adjust. You are going through what the Earth is experiencing in your own inner and outer lives.

This is when we encourage you to reach out to each other and to let go of what is not serving you. We know this sounds simple but it is true. Humans have a hard time letting go. For some reason you like to think that by holding on to things you will be secure. This is far from the point. The secure person clings to the Earth’s energy, the Earth’s heart, Prime Creator and to their own heart for managing uncertain events. Grounding is most important because if you fail to ground yourselves you could be distracted and lose your footing.

We are getting closer and closer to the time when we will be physically meeting with you again. This is long overdue. We encourage you to reach for the skies, to allow your selves to connect with us as we position our ships above you. We are always there. If you look you will find glimpses of us. You may feel our energy and consciousness as we tell you we are there. It always makes us happy when humans realize that we are there. You are our cosmic brothers and sisters. We want to get to know you again and to have you get to know us. We have much to share.

During these times of great accelerated change you will need to learn to adapt. After all that is what life is about isn’t it? Adaptation is the way that life survives. We have had to adapt and so have you. You see this in plant and animal life. You see it in the human species. Adaptation is a natural means of survival.

Open your minds to new discoveries. Take advantage of the doorways that open to you. Be flexible and bend like the trees as you maneuver into the new. Know that something magnificent awaits you. Humanity has been asleep and is now beginning to awaken. We speak to those who are awake—we speak to you.

There is so much more to your third dimensional experience. You have only scratched the surface of deeper meaning and purpose in your lives. You are lifting the veils of the great unfolding when universe upon universe bursts open into the Light.

Water

Some of you who have known me for quite some time, know that I value the importance of water. In fact, it is so important to me that I have my own daily water ritual. It has consisted of filtered water from the faucet, 24 hours with the Crystal Cupcake (left over from the Twilight days), which removes 99% of the impurities, and 5-8 hours of being charged in the sun in a gallon glass container. Up until about two weeks ago this served me well.

Now I have an addition to my ritual. It is call a Water Wand. It is based on the 2003 Nobel Prize wining discovery that clarified how water is transported in and out of your cells. It reduces the clustered water molecules into a single molecule so that your body can absorb it and hydrate itself.

I tried the water at a health fair that I recently attended. I drank the water before using the wand and after; there was a huge difference. I bought it primarily for that reason. Since using this wand now I feel great, I sleep like a dream (I have had challenges with my sleeping for most of my adult life); my skin looks better because it is more hydrated (People have noticed.). On top of that I don’t have to get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. I realized too that because of the increase in blood oxygen my lungs don’t have to work as hard so I breathe better during sleep and throughout the day so I feel more rested.

Research has shown that by drinking this single molecule water that people have an average of 23.6% increase in hydration and a 9.6% in blood oxygen. Most people only absorb 2-3% of the water they drink. With using this wand there is a 400-600% increase in hydration.

My Recommendation for “Essence of the Notes” by Maurice Osborn

“The Essence of the Notes” by Maurice Osborn was painstakingly written based on the first 76 extraterrestrial contacts that Swiss farmer, Billy Meier has had with the Pleiadians and Plejerns beginning 30 years ago. Billy’s experiences are well known in ufology groups and the information is prized and protected. Even though certain planetary powers do not want humanity to know the truth, it was Maurice’s intention that more of humanity know of this important information that Billy shares with us. These messages were translated from German into English by Retired Col. Wendelle Stevens. It is the only book available in English and is just as timely today as it was 30 years ago.

I think that Maurice is doing us a great service to synthesize and organize this voluminous material that is technical and hard to read. I have a copy of one of the books from Mr. Stevens, “UFO Contact from the Pleiades” and it is 542 pages. In Maurice’s 338 page version you can find information about Billy’s trip to the Dal Universe, fascinating history of religions and the Earth, earth changes, UFO’s, science, spirituality, other worlds and much more. “The Essence of the Notes” book is so interesting that one of my clients who read it from cover to cover told me that it changed her life.

In reading the material myself, I cannot ever seem to stop thinking about it and how it fits into my life now. Somehow this important information resonates as truth and makes the way that we have lived on this planet seem shockingly unreal. Even though I do not agree with all of the material, I find my understanding of topics such as Atlantis and Lemuria all the richer. Perhaps these areas are just my own perception of spirituality.

Maurice Osborn, who prepared, “The Essence of the Notes,” A summary of notes written by Eduard “Billy” Meier of his contacts with extraterrestrial human beings, based on translations from German published by Wendelle Stevens, did us a great service with this book. I am learning amazing information that I would never have known about the Plejarens, our history of religions and the Earth’s history, different races of ET’s, Atlantis, science and technology, etc. It is hard to put down once you start reading it.

We have the Matthew Ward books, written by his mother Suzanne Ward, and Louise Jones’ books about Telos, the city underneath Mt. Shasta that is left over from Lemuria. Her new book on the Seven Sacred Flames is beautiful and a high vibration to help shift your consciousness.
