Dear Ground Crew,
In some ways one might say these are the best of times and the worst of times. It all depends upon one’s perspective. For Lightworkers we might feel these are the best of times as we see the collapse of the third dimension. Some of us can begin to feel the higher dimensional energies of oneness, ease and grace. Everywhere we look businesses are closing and the old ways are ceasing to exist. We see suffering, fear and confusion as people try to adjust to what happens next.
The energies are strange. The weather patterns are varied. I feel that some of the energies are similar to those we felt before the fall of Atlantis. There seems to be a quiet before the storm feeling. Is it a precursor to some major earth change?
Many people I know are having challenges sleeping or they are just deeply fatigued. Maybe the Lightworkers are working overtime in the dream state? Some of us are feeling forgetful. This can be from the overwhelming amount of information that is coming to us. It might be called information overload. The brain can only process so much. Imagine how much it has to sort through every day as we continue to get inundated with so much new material.
During these times it is important to remain grounded and centered. I talk with many people who are feeling the affects of others. I ask them if they meditate and some of them tell me they “don’t have time.” We must take the time to meditate and be quiet otherwise we will get caught up in all of the chaos. Even ten minutes of meditation helps.
Part of our challenge as Lightworkers is that our empathy levels are around 200 percent or higher. This means that we feel far more than most of humanity. Our Creator has gifted us with this extra empathy so that we will be aware of what is going on around us. We will be able to read the energy of others and of the Earth. We need this so that we can do our work and take care of ourselves.
Have any of you noticed how old issues are surfacing? Whether they are fears, doubts, relationships, work, where to live, finances, or the world in general, everyone is being confronted with the need to let go. Do you realize that as Lightworkers when we heal an issue within ourselves we are doing this exponentially for many others? Most Lightworkers have not had easy lives. In this lifetime we have lived many lifetimes (like maybe six or seven) as we have been given the opportunity for unlimited growth. It has been challenging for most of us. If you look back on your life can you see the various issues and segments of focus? Do you realize how far you have come?
When we have problems we are never just healing them for ourselves. According to Benu (Archangel Gabriel through channel Karen Cook www.benutoo.com) we affect our entire lineage and a minimum of 100,000 people with our transformations. David Hawkins, M.D., author of “Power Versus Force” takes this even further. He actually used kinesiology to create a scale of consciousness from 1-1,000 with the Christ, Buddha, etc. being 1,000. Most of humanity is only calibrated about 200, which is not even at truth and integrity. Dr. Hawkins maintains that the higher the consciousness the greater number of minds and souls one can affect. This means that someone with a consciousness around 750 can impact millions of people.
No wonder we are feeling tired! Some of us are 24 hour processing plants and are processing issues endlessly. It is now time to let go of the old issues so that we will be freer and lighter to move into the fourth and higher dimensions. I like to tell some of my clients that when feelings arise if we can feel them blowing through us like the wind and then let them go, we will progress. Emotions are just energy in motion. I believe the intensity with which we feel emotions is in direct proportion to how much our souls are choosing to heal.
Last night in my Monthly Meeting with the Masters Class the Ascended Master Djwal Khul spoke with us. He came to remind us not to forget him and that he is here to assist us. One of the things he said is that “The future of the Earth is still up for grabs. You will be working very hard . . . There is no one solution to all of the problems.” Like one of the other Ascended Masters he told us that “The playing field will be leveled.”
During these best of times it is possible to feel closer to the Creator and the Light Realms than ever. In our channeling last night we spent a long time in deep meditation with a feeling of oneness and feeling totally in the now moment. It was the most peaceful feeling. In this state of consciousness you are present without a worry or a care. This must be our natural state of beingness. It is possible to work with this feeling and take one’s self back into it whenever one chooses. This is how it will be in the higher dimensions. When we ascend we will be free from the past and available for the present moment. We will be in a deep space of the fullness of love in our hearts.

Greetings, I am Mira.
I am always pleased to speak with you. We come as friends. We want to get to know you and to have you get to know us. We love the idea of being with our Earth family again. It is inevitable that this will occur. We will be delighted and you will be happy because we have such a connection with you. You will remember it. You will be free from the secrets and control.
The time of reunion is getting closer. We have more leads on and around the planet. This gives us even greater communication with you. We can keep a closer pulse on people and events. We are also preparing for the eventuality of cataclysmic occurrences. Take stock in what we say. Please make some preparations for your selves and your families.
Some of the forces on the Earth like to give the run-around. We say that turnabout is fair play and they have not seen anything yet. We can out think, out strategize and out maneuver anything these forces try to do to prevent the inevitable. It is a summation of many star stems and the efforts of many that will bring out the necessary events so that we can all be together.
We have experience that spells success. You can believe in us and in the will of the people. Most of the people on the planet welcome our arrival. Some are afraid but we will have such good streams of communication that most will be peaceful when we come.
Once the truth about us is told you will begin to see monumental changes on the Earth. This is what the dark forces have feared for they will be forced to tell the truth. People will wake up and they will mistrust many who have been in power including some of the churches.
As people awaken they will become more empowered. People will know there is more to life than what they have believed. Some will want to change their lives completely. They will wonder why they have felt so limited. The awakening from the forces of Light will bring commensurate openings in the minds of humanity. Consciousness will shift and a new day will dawn upon the Earth.
Life on the Earth will become even more beautiful. People’s hearts will open and they will begin to be filled with joy. They will realize they are not alone and they have never been alone. There will be revelations and sharing. Joint projects amongst us will be fulfilling and interesting. There will be a lot to learn. Some of you will have ambassadorial roles as we need to get to know each other. There will be special teams who are well trained for this part of our reunion.
It might take some time for things to stabilize. Adjustments will be required. We will not be taking over in any way. We will be your helpful visitors of good will and tranquility.
Some say that change does not come easily. We say that change will easily come to you. It is a natural process. Once the Earth’s inhabitants realize the potential of the reunion with the space family they will begin to feel free and expanded. They will embrace the change and be pleased to live life more abundantly.

In Conclusion
It is challenging to be on the Earth right now yet it is exciting. We are getting closer to our goal of having our space family reunion. We have lots of help from the Masters and the Light Realms. We are here to help each other now more than ever in whatever way we can be of service.
Sometimes the best way we can serve is to do our own inner work. This is exponentially helpful to our lineage as well as to humanity in general Prayer and meditation are important.
It is necessary that we stay in communication as ground crew. We need to spread the Light and know that we have whatever it takes to get the job done.
