Dear Ground Crew,

What a time to be alive on the Earth! I know that most of you would not miss it for a second. Right? It is a pretty wild and crazy time. If you are trying to make sense out of this place you might think again. The inconsistencies and polarities are right before our eyes. Again it all comes back to focus. What are your priorities and where is your focus?

I just returned from my Fall Heart of the Mountain Retreat at Mt. Shasta. Our group had a marvelous time. It is different energy in the fall rather than in the summer. We all felt the desire to rest and renew. One day we spent most of the day on the mountain in the most perfect weather. Part of the time I did a special channeling from Adama the high priest from Telos, the city left over from Lemuria that is located one mile under the mountain in a higher dimension. We did this at a place where I used to go with my friend Aurelia Louise Jones, who recently passed away. Many of us were brought to tears with the loving energy from Adama and Telos. We felt Aurelia’s energy there too.

The remainder of the time we were in Panther Meadows, a beautiful meadow on the mountain that is currently being restored by volunteers because it has been loved almost to extinction. The heather plants that take about 400 years to grow are now being rejuvenated. They are lovely as they turn into the fall colors. The mountain was so peaceful that we found ourselves lying down on it and falling asleep. It was magical. I don’t remember when I felt as relaxed. You could feel nature getting ready to take a rest as she was awaiting a white blanket of snow that would fall in the next few days. This was probably the last time people would be able to get up to Panther Meadows this year. It won’t be open until July of next year.

When we were at the sacred spring that wells up from underneath the mountain one of our group members used his Blackberry to give us the news about Obama winning the Nobel Prize for Peace. It was paradoxical how technology and a remote mountain can work together. In some way we were connected with both places, the mountain, and the news of the day

I enjoy seeing the progress the retreat attendees make as they go through their transformation. One person began to do verbal channeling. Prior to this she was only doing it in writing. Others hearts opened and in their process they began to make plans to change their lives in big ways.

One thing I know for certain is that the Masters, Angels and Archangels are with us closely. In my October 5, 2009 class with the Masters, Beloved Sananda, (Jesus) told us:

“I am my Father’s keeper . . . You will be bringing out new traits by replacing the old with the new Christed Self. I love you so much. The days of the third dimension are numbered. They will fly by before you know it. I will walk with you again. You will never question anything, especially the good that is in store for you. Like I said before, the systems are breaking down and transforming like a butterfly into the Light. The divine fire is burning within. All roads lead to me and what I represent. God is pleased. All pathways lead Home.”

The Masters are full of encouragement. They will meet us at our level of mastery. Every time we clear an issue, heal a wound, and simply let go of what is no longer serving us, we proceed with our ascension process. There are thousands of steps in this process. We just need to stay on our paths. The Masters encourage us to be ourselves and to stop criticizing our bodies or anything else about ourselves. I find that many on the spiritual path are critical of themselves. Sometimes they judge themselves harshly. We need to remember that our Creator does not judge us.

I am sure that James Ray, facilitator of the sweat lodge in Sedona, Arizona, where two people died on October 8, 2009, 19 were injured, and another person is in serious condition, is in a challenging process. The Native Americans have a lot to say about how non-native people use this sacred way of healing. They question the intention of what was behind this sweat. More will be revealed.

Kymberlee Ruff, carrier of the Hopi/Tibetan prophecies, sent me the following yesterday. Last night I read the prayer to my channeling class. In my dreams last night my ex-boss from 30 years ago, came to me to make amends. It was amazing. Perhaps when we make amends to others they can make amends to us. I recommend this prayer and thank Kymberlee and her friend Serena for it, as well as Mahavatar Babaji Nagaraj.

Dear Friends,

    I just woke up from this dream where my friend Serena's little dog "Lucky" was telling me to call her and ask for a prayer for Sedona. In real life Serena did have a lovely prayer that maybe we could all pray together on October 17 at 1:30pm when the others are meeting in Sedona.

Some of my clients are concerned about what they can do to improve their spiritual path. If you are also feeling that you need to be a little more dedicated and committed to your spiritual path here’s a few recommendations:

• Daily meditation of at least 15 minutes twice daily.
• Journaling
• Prayer
• Meeting in groups with other like minded individuals
• Letting go of issues as quickly as possible.
• Clearing out the clutter in your lives.
• Stop procrastinating.
• Do what you can to improve your physical well-being.
• Get in nature.
• Read uplifting information.
• Stay clear of fear.
• Love and accept yourself.
• Ask the Masters, Angels and Archangels for assistance.
• Allow each person in your life to be on his or her own path.
• Think and live abundance, kindness and generosity.
• Be the Lightworker in loving service that you came here to be.
