Classes for March 2018
Dear Family of Light:
Happy Spring. Our planet is springing forward in this part of the world, along with our clocks. This can be a lovely time when the birds are singing with new signs of growth delighting our views and displaying the end of winter. Even though we still have rain here in California we need it.
Many of my clients and friends are going through their own transitions. Some are having life threatening health challenges; family members and friends are at choice points and we are all doing the best that we can. Most of our health challenges are emotionally related so we get to continue to plow through our issues. It is important for us to focus on what is most important and to follow our hearts. We can learn from other’s issues. Some things I have learned recently are:
- The importance of taking care of our bodies.
- The necessity of doing our inner work and clearing our emotional issues
- The need to trust the universe and know that all will turn out well.
- To take nothing for granted and to be able to flow with the unexpected.
- How much people come together when help is needed.
- How important it is to use our spiritual tools like meditation and prayer.
- How much strength and courage I have.
- Love and beauty are important for our well-being.
- The gift of friendship and how great it is to be with like-minded people.
- To trust our inner knowing and to not be in fear.
- It is more pleasant to be in the fifth dimension than the third.
- We need to get help when necessary.
It is always wonderful when we feel the blissfulness of meditation or the fifth dimensional feeling of love and oneness. The teacher Jim Self says: “5D is simple and complex all at the same time. There is a sense of well-being. ‘I like me. I am pleased with myself.’ It is vibrant and dynamic and the you feel the joy of long ago.”
I don’t know about you but I feel I have spent enough time in the 3D where we worry about the past, feel less than and go back to lack and limitation. Linear time doesn’t work any more and the old 3D constructs are falling away.
