Dear Ground Crew, How are you feeling after the eclipse, red blood moon, Easter, Passover and the other energies that are helping resurrect issues and bringing them to the surface? It feels like grist for the mill to me. It seems as if daily I spend time clearing, clearing and clearing. On April 5, Apollo said: “Let’s put it straight forward. You are realizing now how uncomfortable it feels to be in separation in the third dimension. When you are in meditation you are in the fourth dimension where all feels wonderful. This is how you will be living. The contrast is intense because separation wants to be released. In order to ascend it has to go. We are here to help you because we know what you need. Remember the truth. Let go of the lies! See the old programs removed. So be it!” The other day I was in a healing circle with several physicians and a couple other energy healers. The patient was stuck on something that she was worried about that could potentially damage a relationship with a relative. Although it was obvious to the group we could see how she was identified with this issue. It was a core fear. The issue prevented her from having peace. Then I began to use the experience as a mirror. I am working on a core issue that I am choosing to clear completely. I believe it is part of my work as a Lightworker. I realized that my issue is a silly but real one to many. The belief in this issue is a total lie. It’s an old program that we learned about in the third dimension. It’s thoughts and beliefs that don’t belong to me. How could it have had so much power over me? Perhaps others would perceive me as having been stuck like the patient with whom I worked. As we rise in consciousness we get a new perspective. We get to sample what it feels like not to be held back by any old tapes, remembrances or false ideas. Growing up in the third dimension many of us still have one foot in 3D where we have identified with feelings of low self-esteem, lack and limitation, feeling unlovable, fears of abandonment, fear of the future or fear of failure, just to mention a few. These issues seemed real because these are the programs that we lived with in order to shift this very Now Moment. This is our job as Lightworkers, to clear the slate of separation so that we can exponentially help many others with these core issues. It’s time to get unstuck. Sometimes it can feel impossible to clear these well ingrained programs yet we are powerful beings. We have the tools we need to get unstuck. Here are some of the tools that we can use to clear:

Other Observations For the healing of our body, mind, heart and soul we need to release our blockages. As I am writing this message today a good friend of mine is having surgery to release a blockage in her colon. She has fourth stage colon cancer. She is only 64. I have known her for almost 20 years. She is a powerful, bright and committed woman to helping heal the planet. She has been blocked for about as long as I have known her. For some reason my friend has been unable to complete what she believes is her life purpose. She has not been able to get on track with her life’s work and cannot seem to figure it out. She considers this health challenge to be due to feeling off track. The body is a metaphor. Her colon took on the blockage from a tumor that grew there. Most likely even physical surgery will not be able to clear the spiritual, mental and emotional blocks that resulted in the physical manifestation of this illness. This is why I implore you to do the inner work, ground crew. If you are stuck please use the tools that are available to you to move through your issues. You can do it. Message from Mira from the Pleiadian High Council through Valerie Donner April 6, 2015 Greetings, I am Mira from the Pleiadian High Council. I am serving full time on the Earth Council to assist with the ascension process. As I speak we are coursing through your skies. We are observers and helpers. We are fully engaged in this process in which you find yourselves. We live in a higher vibration. Our ships keep tabs on you. We relate to your experiences and your expressions. We are as appalled as you are by many of the current events on your planet. It is your consciousness that will make the difference. When you command that certain events cease they will have to stop. This is how powerful you are and should communicate to you why the dark forces are afraid of you. It is time you take your power back. Our Creator hears every word. You are the ones who are co-creating your new planet. We cannot do it for you but we can advise and assist you. At this time your efforts are being strengthened by forces of Light that are beyond normal comprehension. We say this because you are in need of extra support. We know what to do and want you to understand that you are not alone. We are pleased with what our ground crew is doing. You are working diligently. Some of you have been at this for a long time and are exhausted. When you find yourself feeling tired please breathe in our energy and feel the Light coming to you. In the Light Realms we are working for you and with you. You can count on us. We have spoken to you about the polluted atmosphere and how there is an adverse reaction to the pollutants. We are working to clean this up. It requires many forces of Light to remedy the damage that is being done to life and to the earth. Humanity must also participate in this clean up. The contributors must change their ways. In addition to the polluted atmosphere we are concerned about the distribution of malware in terms of human thoughts, beliefs, words, actions and visions that are cast about the airwaves. Some of the negativities are from dark forces and others that know not what they do. Many are in the media, the internet, in various forms of mind control and other focused energies that are creating havoc. We say that you are being given the utmost assistance on every level of existence. The sun, the planets, the stars, the galactic brothers and sisters, the masters, the angelic realms, the inner earth beings are all giving the utmost to the earth and to you. You are loved beyond measure. Please stand up for the Light. Never give up. Band together. Hold the vision for the new earth. Let go of what you must. Live your truth. Reach for the best. Give your best. Stand by for guidance and help. Live in love not fear. Be bound as one for the entire ascension process. I am Mira in loving service to you and the earth.

In Conclusion We are progressing with our ascension process. It requires deep inner work for most of us. We are putting the finishing touches on the work that most of us have done throughout this lifetime as well as others. The entire universe, our Creator and all of life are supporting us. Every step of the way we are being guided, protected and cherished as we do what is necessary to make important shifts internally. These shifts are then transferred to the external world. As we continue to shift we will be able to live our lives more healthfully, happily, abundantly, peacefully, in love, harmony, unity and joy. Let’s go for it, ground crew.
