Here’s the latest from Apollo:
“I am pleased to inform you that your planet is improving greatly. On the outside it may appear chaotic, but the truth is there is a huge perturbation process occurring on the inside of the planet. What you are seeing, and feeling is the tearing down of the old, which is making way for the new. It is something like a remodeling project that people do in their homes. The earth is being remodeled and so are you. You are as much of a part of nature as anything. The earth is ready for improvements that she has yearned for throughout eons of time. Many pathways are being cleared. Portals are being opened. Songs are being sung. The doorways are appearing. The old is being uprooted, making way for the new. This transformational process is paving the way for bliss and happiness for your New Earth. Please welcome this in and continue to bravely ride the currents of evolutionary change. You will have much to celebrate!”
Ground Crew, I am freshly back from my wonderful, magical, mystical, miraculous, retreat at Mount Shasta. We were there from July 21 through the 24th. I never expected to see what we saw. It was just a small group of us with deep connections to Telos, the Lemurian City one mile under the mountain. It exists in the fifth dimension. Telos has been holding the Christing energy of the earth for 11,000 years. We also have big connections with the heart the mountain, Galactic’s, and the Masters.
On the first day we went to the headwaters of the Sacramento River. This is where the water comes out from the glaciers on the mountain. It can take as much as five hundred years for the water to come out. This is a sacred spot in Mount Shasta. When I lived there someone who took people on sacred journeys around the mountain, told me he thinks it’s the most sacred place because one day he saw Sananda (Jesus) blessing the waters. Someone else I know who is clairvoyant, went to the headwaters at 1:00 AM one time, and he said everywhere the water was coming out, the water was a different color. The water is living, healing water. This time we had a big surprise! We were walking along the little creek thanks to someone with excellent eyes we saw the water sparkling.
The next day we went to beautiful Panther Meadows on the mountain where there is a sacred bubbling spring of water. This spring is sacred to the Native Americans, as well as many others, who love Panther Meadows. (It was named Panther Meadows because St. Germain was seen there with a black panther on each side.) When we got up to the spring we saw the bubbling, dancing, sparkling water. In the pictures you can see the sparkles. This miraculous beauty touched my heart to the point of tears and does so every time I talk about it. Sparkles are a part of fifth dimensional consciousness. We will all be sparkling in our beautiful light bodies at some point.
Panther Meadows was like heaven on earth that day when we were there. The sky was blue without a cloud. Very few people were there. We were there early enough so it wasn’t hot until we were coming down. I think of this experience as one of my most memorable experiences in my life. It was a slice of heaven.
The next day was waterfall day, and we went to the Mc Cloud waterfalls, Middle Falls. From a distance we could feel the sparkling, dancing waters. Getting down to the waters we saw them sparkling too. This was truly a miraculous and magical experience. I hope you are feeling this in your hearts as you read my words because they are meant for you to experience this also. Drink in this magic like we drank in the sparkling waters from the headwaters. Remember it and take it into your bodies for healing and light. Make it joyous so that your heart remembers the magic of nature.

A Message from Mira from the Pleiadian High Council through Valerie Donner, August 1, 2022
Greetings, I am Mira from the Pleiadian High Council currently working full time with the Earth Council.
I am pleased to be with you to deliver this message. In many ways these are the best of times, and they are the worst of times. Truly, humanity was never prepared for these types of change. Your daily lives have been routinized and locked into the material world in the matrix. What you thought was secure is becoming questionable. Almost every aspect of life that you have taken for granted for the last 50 or more years, depending on your age, is now being amplified.
Whether it is higher prices, shortages, finances, housing, employment, health, relationships, or governments, almost everyone is having challenges. This intensity is putting pressure on everyone. Many are feeling they are being squeezed to the breaking point. So what do you do?
First of all you realize that you are in a time of profound change. Everything is coming to the surface to be changed, cleared, and healed, whether it is in your world or in your body. There is much at stake because your old world is falling apart. This can make one feel insecure and uncertain. This is the point when one must go inside and connect with the heart and Prime Source. Both of these will sustain you and prepare you for living in the New Earth from your hearts.
Right now there is an abundance of confusion. This is intentional from the dark forces. This is also a springboard for one to develop more of their psychic abilities and to pay attention to the energies that are coming from various sources. The clever dark forces are up to their old tricks and some of them are not very smart. I will say the ground crew are getting smarter and you are seeing through the dark ploys. This is part of the awakening. It is intended to help awaken the sleeping ones. This awakening is happening at breakneck speed.
Some are disregarding the old rules and regulations because they are no longer relevant. The awakened ones are seeing the control and intentions behind these systems. Even the unawakened ones are starting to question the norm. Progress is being made.
What’s most important to ride through these challenging times, is to have a strong spiritual practice. Whether it is being out in nature, regular meditation, spiritual groups and classes, art, music, dance, whatever helps. These will help you find joy and happiness in your daily lives while the old material world falls apart. Welcome the new and say goodbye to the old. You are doing a great job!

Other Information
In my July 14 Mother Mary Zoom Class, she talked about all of the healing that needs to take place on the planet. It is heart wrenching to see the suffering that is occurring right now. Many families are grieving while family members are getting ill and leaving. Friends are losing other friends and relationships are also being tested. She told us this is also part of the great awakening where peoples’ hearts have to open. She said, “There is nothing more valuable than an open heart.” In the fifth dimension and higher, you will be living from the heart. “An open heart is priceless,” Mother Mary.
We had a powerful Mira class on July 28. At one point Mira told us that “Jesus is back.” When she said that, one of the ladies on the call has a cat that ran from the other room and jumped on her mother’s lap. She began meowing and meowing. She knew what was being said and we feel that her presence was confirmation that this is true. The other wonderful thing about the class is that Mira took us in our etheric bodies onto her ship. We got to go to a healing room and into the healing chambers. Some people could actually see beautiful crystals in the healing room. One lady was just getting over Covid, and she said she could feel her whole body heat up and being healed.

Thursday, August 11, 5 PM to 6:30 PM Pacific time, $30. The Master Kuthumi, who was Saint Francis of Assisi, works with the animals and the earth, will be with us to share his healing presence for you, the earth, and even your animals. Personal questions are allowed.
Thursday, August 18, 5 PM to 6:30 PM Pacific time, $25. Mother Mary and Saint Germain. Mother Mary and Saint Germain are very close. She represents the divine feminine energy. I like to call him “Mr. Wonderful.” He is funny and give us his opinion about what is going on in the government. He is one of the Founding Fathers of America.

In Conclusion
Magic and miracles abound every day, especially when you get up close and personal with nature. We are going to have many more sparkling experiences as we continue to rise in consciousness. It’s most important that we keep our hearts open and stay aware of what is going on around us. I think some of us have missed a lot. It’s time now to kiss the ground you walk on, to let the sun shine on you, to be at peace, hug a tree, and begin living in the joy of the moment.
