Straight from the Heart

Dear Ground Crew:
Here’s a message from Apollo on April 29, 2020: “We are shepherding the children. We are making certain things are going well for their healing and recovery. The ones that have done these horrific things to them are being dealt with in a final way. They will never be allowed to step on this planet again. We hold these truths that all of humanity are created equal. The souls of these dark beings are past the point of redemption. Much love and healing are needed for the children and for the entire populace. We are saying this is so!”
On April 30, 2020, Apollo gave this message: “We have to be very precise with our work. It is proceeding well. The outcome is worth it. Please stay well-connected with each other and expand the ground crew. Get everyone connected under reasonable terms. This is the grand finale to have a planet moving from the dark’s control and ascending into the light. Soon the spotlight will be shining on those who have hidden and done nefarious things. The entire world will hear the story. Send a blind eye to the naysayers. Let them be for when the spotlight shines they will be shocked to the core. It has to happen this way. There will be no more coddling. The light will heal all. This is Spirit’s way. We are with you. Blessings to all.“
How are you doing ground crew? These are intense times on the planet. Everyone is affected and we are doing the best we can to ride the waves of change. Most of us are feeling confined for too long, restricted, some are fearful, and many are longing for the truth in a sea of disinformation. As ground crew, one thing we know for sure is that we are in the time of the great awakening. We know that our lives will be different when the restrictions are lifted. We don’t know how different our lives will be but many are reevaluating their lives, values, and priorities. Some are getting creative and finding new truths. Our hearts are being cracked open with the suffering and the loss due to the coronavirus. We know this is global and transformative.
Many people are starting to awaken and are asking questions. Some are still asleep and are prey to the mainstream media’s brainwashing and mind control. It can be challenging when talking with friends and family members who are under the spell. My lightworker friends ask me: “How can we wake them up?” The truth is we cannot awaken them. We must remember that there is a plan and it is our job to trust the plan. Every soul is taken into consideration and into account. No one will be left behind. Perhaps our greatest fear for our loved ones is that they will not wake up. Do the best you can to not create separation with your families or with your friends. You could just be playing into the hands of the dark ones who like to see families being broken up.
Some of us are receiving information that from today, May 1, until July, things will really be heating up. We know that the secrets will be coming out, so we are likely in for some big shocks. It is up to us to remain calm, grounded, balanced, and centered. I feel that we will be needed and that others will come to us for solace and understanding. Please be assured that what we are going through right now is pivotal for the great awakening.
Trust Spirit in everything. In some ways, we can sit back and relax and watch the show!
What are you doing to uplift your spirits? I’ll tell you a few things that I am doing, and I hope they’re helpful:
- Writing poetry
- Making good food
- Going out in nature
- Taking walks
- Calling friends and family
- Practicing constant gratitude
- Focusing on not what I am missing in my life but on manifesting what I miss and visualizing it coming to me.
- Playing beautiful music
- Prayers and meditation
- Giving myself a little treats
- Laughing every night before I go to bed by watching something funny on YouTube.
- Paying attention to some good news and victories for the light
- Dancing
- Looking at the night sky and seeing our galactic friends up there
- Participating in zoom meetings
- Working with the light in raising my vibration
- Spreading good vibes when I am out masked in the world
- Following my heart
- Trying to make light out of all this nonsense while still honoring the process
- Reassuring myself at the best is yet to come
- Realizing that we are all actors on the stage
- Reminding myself but the light has already won
- Constantly looking within for truth and light
- By being the biggest know it all I can be!!! Ha Ha! Not true!
At the beginning of this siege upon our freedom, there were a lot of toilet paper jokes. I have not seen as many lately so people might be getting bored with them. I was called to write a poem about my hair:
My Hair

Oh no,
What’s happened to my hair?
The roots are showing
And my stylist is where?
We’re quarantined
All over the place.
Why does it have to show up
All around my face?
Who decided
What is essential or not?
If I didn’t know better
I’d think it was a plot.
It must’ve been a man
Who made this rule.
Some of us ladies
Think he’s cruel.
We do have choices
Like a bag over our face.
That might be better
Than a mask in one place.
I think I’ll get started
And write to the pres.
I’ll bet Melania
Does what her stylist says.
Don’t worry ladies.
We have to be safe.
Even if we look unkempt
We won’t make a mistake.
Color your own hair.
Don’t be afraid.
You might make a mess
And it could be the wrong shade.
Cheer up and be happy
Smile in the mirror.
Be glad this isn’t worse.
It could be your rear!
Some of you might be feeling the way I was feeling then when I wrote it. I am getting better at doing the color but it’s not as good as my hairstylist can do. I am sure we are getting good at improvising and taking care of our needs and ourselves.
A Channeling from Mira and the Pleiadian High Council through Valerie Donner May 1, 2020
Greetings, I am Mira from the Pleiadian High Council. I am serving full-time on the Earth Council to assist the earth with the Ascension process. We are masters of this process and help many other planets.
As you have discovered, the earth is full scale on with her ascension. Right now, she is treasuring some of the silence and the quiet as a result of the lockdown. I call it the lockdown because what you are living in right now is typical of a Quarantined planet. We are sorry to say that this is the situation, however, it is what is necessary to awaken humanity and to free the earth.
Ascension is a painful process of birthing and releasing the old. There is simply no point of hanging onto a cocoon of familiarity when there is a golden opportunity of transformation and transfiguration. This applies individually and collectively. These opportunities only present themselves at the right divine timing and the right divine perfect moment.
Of course, the cast of characters is long and complex. One has to see and understand what is occurring on multiple levels and dimensions. The obstacles need to be removed so that the way can be cleared for the truth and revelations.
We understand what you are going through, the pain, the suffering, the stress, and anxiety. We bless every one of you and wish that we could alleviate your challenging experiences right now. We are watching over you along with many from the Light Alliance and all of creation. We are your greatest cheerleaders and are energetically assisting you to reach the destination.
You are loved, respected, protected and admired beyond measure.
It has taken the best of you to make it possible for the ascension to occur. Please do not give up! You are nearly at the finish line. Do not succumb to the fear the dark forces are spreading. You are a part of the divine plan not the dark plan. They are acting out right now because they know they have already lost. Therefore, they are behaving badly and should be sent to their rooms but not on the earth.
Soon the day will come, and you will be uplifted into the light of the Golden Age. You will be free to love each other, touch, hug, kiss, and live heart to heart as you were intended to live. You will be free from fear and darkness. You will help heal each other and the earth in peace, love, joy, and freedom. We are aligned with you for this to happen.
And so it is!

A virtual hug
Or a virtual kiss.
What happened?
What went wrong?
What is going on?
What did I miss?
In most humans
Our blood runs warm.
It comes from our hearts
And lets us live without harm.
This social distancing
Brings humans pain.
It distances our hearts
For what kind of gain?
There’s something off.
It’s just not right.
Stand up for love
And light, light, light!
Other Information
For some of you who might not be aware about the children who are being rescued by the white hats and the Galactic’s, this is what Apollo was referring to when he was talking about them in his first message. There is a major effort to rescue the children that have been held in secret underground military bases around the world. Many of the earthquakes that are between 3.0 and 5.0 are not real earthquakes but are these underground bases that are being blown up.
